<p>CAMP PENDLETON – The men and women risked their lives for the United States in Afghanistan and Iraq but couldn't call themselves citizens.</p>
<p>That ended Friday morning, when 207 Marines and sailors from 43 countries were sworn in as U.S. citizens before cheering friends, family and military brass at a Camp Pendleton auditorium.</p>
