Behnke, 48, of Burnsville was principal in 2011 when Walter Happel allegedly spied on an 11-year-old boy in a bathroom. Craig A. Guidry, 52, of Arden Hills was assistant principal. AT long last there could be hope for those historically abused at a former Catholic boys home. The Government, under pressure itself, is setting up an inquiry into historic abuse. And the current Pope has also promised to listen and act on allegations of abuse by Catholic priests. A 63-year-old Romeoville man who authorities say was a police officer and church camp leader was charged today with the distribution of child pornography. Miguel Luna, of the 500 block of North Frieh Drive, was charged with one count of dissemination of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography, according to the Will County State’s Attorney’s office. MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Brooklyn Park volleyball coach faces felony charges for allegedly having child porn on his computer and photoshopping images of a student he knew onto pornographic pictures. James Edward Ferdig, 41, is charged with two counts of possessing child porn, court documents filed earlier this month show. A criminal complaint states that officials began investigating Ferdig last year. In August, officers executed a search warrant and seized a computer and other items belonging to Ferdig.

Jesse Brisbin, a 30-year-old twice-convicted sex offender allegedly attempted to abduct a six-year-old girl from a Seattle park on Thursday evening, but he picked the wrong park to act on his compulsion. NEWARK (WABC) -- A legendary radio disc jockey died while awaiting trial on federal pedophile charges. 78-year old Dave Herman died in federal custody at the Essex County Jail in Newark. His attorney says he appears to have suffered an aneurysm of a major blood vessel near the heart.
