Meredith Whitney, deemed the “Oracle of Wall Street” for successfully calling the financial crisis, says home prices are likely to fall substantially, and the reasons have to do with habits picked up by young guys. “You have men staying single longer…and then you have what I call a growing crisis of the young American male…they’re twice as likely to live at home than women. So one out of five young men live at home with their parents, and these aren’t young men going to college and coming home for holiday breaks, these are young, grown men choosing to live at...

Young adults are having a hard time embracing the “adult.” A new survey revealed that Gen Z and millennial adults are facing more difficulties than their parents did when it comes to achieving milestones in the workforce. Of the 1,039 young adults surveyed, aged between 18 and 34, 55% said it’s “much harder” to buy a home, 44% said it’s harder to find a job, and 55% said it’s harder to get promoted, according to a Youth & Money in the USA poll by CNBC and Generation Lab.

If I say lover of naps, “selfies” and participation ribbons, you would say . . . Millennials? According to one Alabama minor league baseball team, those are the pillars of life for people born between the 1980s and early 2000s, along with avocados, craft beer and safe spaces. n an effort to bring younger fans to the ballpark, the Montgomery Biscuits are hosting "Millennial Night" this weekend, but their advertising on social media set off an eruption of mixed feedback from the very group they’re trying to attract. The Tampa Bay Rays’ Double-A affiliate, currently with a record of 15-11,...

Whenever the mainstream media awards a participation trophy to the loser of an election, it is sure bet they are awarding it to a Democrat. Such was the case with the June 17 Politico which awarded a participation trophy to Jason Kander who lost the 2016 U.S. Senate race from Missouri. No matter. As far as Politico is concerned he was really a winner as you can see from their title, How Jason Kander Won by Losing. What makes this article particularly amusing is how far overboard Politico writer Edward-Isaac Dovere goes in hyping the future political career of Kander....

HOORAY! We lost!!!That is becoming the laughable mainstream media theme about many special elections since President Donald Trump's victory last November. We saw this happen in early March when Politico hailed Democrat performances in special elections despite the fact that there was no net change. The latest iteration of celebrating participation trophies, and likely to be repeated by MSM sources, comes by way of the May 26 edition of Vox in which Matthew Yglesias declared that the loss by the Democrat candidate in the congressional special election was beyond mere good news for the Democrats. In fact the Vox headline acclaimed that Republicans'...

No, really. This is one of the best political commercials ever made. It won’t be on TV unless it gets recut, because it’s two and a half minutes long, but to recut this would be a shame. It packs in many of the reasons why Cruz is a better nominee than Trump, gets across the key point that if Trump is the nominee the media which has been fawning over him will turn on him the same way they turned on John McCain and Hillary’s opposition research feeding into the media coverage will turn the entire general election race into...

Iowa caucuses are dominated by religious social conservatives who go nowhere in New Hampshire. That means a Trump victory against polls will be all the more dramatic. He gets to frame his victory as the people vs. the dishonest media/establishment and their BS polls. The media will go unhinged and into pandemonium. If he wins Iowa, there is no stopping Trump. He rolls into NH, South Carolina, SEC. Game Over. He wins. Keeping expectations in check for Trump in Iowa is to his advantage. It also takes A LOT OF HEAT off of Trump. With being the front runner, Cruz...

“While I am very proud of my boys for everything they do and will encourage them till the day I die, these trophies will be given back until they EARN a real trophy,” the 37-year-old member of the Pittsburg Steelers wrote in an Instagram post. “I’m sorry I’m not sorry for believing that everything in life should be earned.” ... “I’m not about to raise two boys to be men by making them believe that they are entitled to something just because they tried their best,” the five-time Pro Bowler continued, adding, “(because) sometimes your best is not enough, and...
