In the 2000 Florida matter, what was Gore's claim about overvotes? An overvote is where the machine's 'vote' levers sense more than one indication, for the same office. I assume that Gore's position was something like: if there is a clean vote for me, and also a two-chad for somebody else (which is detected by machine), that is a legit vote for me, not an overvote as reported by the machine... or maybe not, please clue me in, as my internet searches have resulted in only the political bs from both sides.
