This article originally appeared on WND.com Guest by post by Bob Unruh Victims’ seek special protection from deportation Under Joe Biden’s policies, illegal aliens have been flooding across America’s southern border – literally by the millions. It’s to the point that Texas is charging he’s failing to do his constitutional duty to protect the states, and lawmakers there have adopted a law allowing state authorities to arrest individuals who enter the state illegally. But now the federal government has broken up an immigration scam that focuses on allowing illegals to remain in America. It’s by having them become “victims” of...

We could talk all day about illegal aliens coming into the country over the Mexican border (and we frequently do), but as we’ve discussed here before, that’s not the largest source of illegals in the United States. Larger numbers arrive here legally, at least initially, using various types of visas for students, tourists or seasonal workers. But when the Visas expire, they fail to leave and disappear into the interior. Oddly, that’s not the illegal immigrant population that draws the most public attention, but that doesn’t mean that voters don’t want the situation to be dealt with. Our Townhall...

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq., and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. Policy. (a) My Administration is committed to securing the borders of the United States and fostering respect for the laws of our country, both of which are cornerstones of our Republic. Nonimmigrant visa (visa) overstay rates are unacceptably high for nationals of certain countries. Aliens must abide by the terms and...

Each year the United States gives approximately $8 billion in mandatory payments and voluntary contributions to the United Nations and its affiliated organizations. The biggest portion of this money – about $3 billion this year – goes to the U.N.’s regular and peacekeeping budgets. If that seems like a lot, it is—far more than anyone else pays And it’s also, in some cases, bad value for money. The U.N. system for calculating member nations’ “fair share” payment toward its regular and peacekeeping budgets has increasingly shifted the burden away from the vast majority of the 193 members and onto a...

Roughly 40% of the 11 million undocumented workers in the United States are foreigners who came legally mostly through visas but have overstayed the length of the visas or overstayed their legal residence here, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday. These immigrants did not cross the U.S. border with stealth but rather obeyed the laws when they arrived. The scant hard evidence about this group indicates that they are better educated than non-visa illegal immigrants, and often speak English with greater fluency. They also tend to emigrate from Europe, Asia and Africa, rather than Central and South America. In...

SNIPPET: "Following the attacks of September 11th one of the immediate concerns was the millions of people who had entered the United States with legal temporary VISAS and had "somehow" become lost or misplaced. This was known as the VISA overstay problem. It is still estimated that as many as 30% of the people living illegally in this country have overstayed their temporary VISAS (nearly 200 million temporary visitors come to this country each year). Today, the problem of VISA Overstay remains unsolved . Last year, 39 million foreigners entered the United States, and using paper logs, DHS has confirmed...

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court made it easier Monday for some foreigners who overstay their visas to seek to remain in the United States legally. The court ruled 5-4 Monday that someone who is here illegally may withdraw his voluntarily agreement to depart and continue to try to get approval to remain in the United States. [...] Justice Kennedy wrote the majority opinion, joined by his four liberal colleagues. The four conservative justice dissented. Justice Antonin Scalia said, "The court lacks the authority to impose its chosen remedy."

Brazil. The haughty touchy nation that lectures all other nations about the importance of not interfering in other nations' "internal affairs." Brazil sets the pace by ignoring and abetting the depredations of the Hugo Chavez regime of Venezuela right on their border and the savagery of The Monster At Their Door, none other than fidel castro a short yacht ride away. These two evil dictatorial scumbags have gotten a free pass from Brazil to violate as many human rights as they can manage, in castro's case, for more than 40 years. Not one peep out of Brazil. Total indifference. But...
