LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A Los Angeles City Councilman Wednesday announced a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in the hit-and-run death of a recent UCLA graduate. David Pregerson, 23, was fatally struck on Dec. 27 on Chautauqua Boulevard, north of Borgos Place in the Pacific Palisades, the Los Angeles Police Department said. “The driver of the car drove off after the collision, failing to stop, render aid, or identify themselves,” officials said.
