This is getting very sticky already. There are two possible ways to avoid a flood of litigation for the next four years challenginig the constitutional legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as President of the United States. The first option is easy enough done... Obama can just produce some evidence of citizenship such as... a birth certificate. The second option is for the electors to exercise their constitutional responsibility to elect a president who they know can legally serve.
