By the traditional, reasonable definition of “racism,” the Smithsonian’s National African American History Museum is now pushing claptrap so racist that conservatives and liberals alike are objecting to it. It is racism of a radical-left variety, very much in line with the Smithsonian Institution’s quarter century or more of pushing leftist propaganda. As the Smithsonian is 62% federally funded, it should not be promoting such a contentious, ideological agenda as gospel. Congress, by its nature unequipped to police the aggressive wokeness of cultural institutions effectively, should have begun phasing out taxpayer support for the Smithsonian long ago. But this new...

Of the news organizations that have gone all-in promoting coronavirus pandemic panic, few have been more active and eager than NBC News. Consider, for example, NBC contributor Dr. Joseph Fair. Fair revealed this week that a recent antibody test shows he has not contracted the coronavirus. That is a hell of a thing to hear from the same network contributor who was passed around from one NBC program to another two months ago to describe in excruciating detail his battle with the virus and his subsequent journey to recovery. In fact, in May, Fair appeared on the network “nearly a...

In what is seen as a major rollback, Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom has ordered the closures of numerous businesses across 19 counties in California to counter a surge in coronavirus cases. The order will be enforced for at least three weeks, and includes restaurants, wineries and tasting rooms, movie theaters, family entertainment centers, zoos and museums, cardrooms, and bars, Fox 26 reported. While a number of Central Valley counties are included, Napa County, where Gov. #BLM cofounder says they are trained Marxists. Not a joke! Perhaps this explains why all money donated to BLM goes to the DNC candidates. No donations help any black people at all.

For the many political and social activists inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, erasing history is a perfectly acceptable remedy to the many systems of oppression in the institutions of America. First and foremost, movies and television series that don’t fit a very specific social justice viewpoint must be expunged. “Gone with the Wind” has been removed from HBO’s streaming service. The shows “Cops” and “Live PD” have both been canceled by their respective networks. Now, Amazon may soon follow suit by removing the beloved ’80s action-comedy series “The Dukes of Hazzard” from its streaming service.

Michigan Democratic state Rep. Karen Whitsett credited hydroxychloroquine and President Trump for her speedy recovery from COVID-19, according to the Detroit Free Press. Hydroxychloroquine, an anti-malaria drug, has been touted by the Trump administration as a potential key to treating the disease. However, critics of the potential treatment note the drug has not been widely tested for its effectiveness on COVID-19 or recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Some have said Trump's broadcasting of the drug as a potential coronavirus treatment could result in a shortage for those who need it for other ailments it is used...

Troubling headlines have been cropping up across Asia: Some patients in China, Japan and South Korea who were diagnosed with COVID-19 and seemingly recovered have been readmitted to the hospital after testing positive for the virus again. Because SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19, was only discovered a few months ago, scientists are still trying to answer many big questions related to the virus and the disease it causes. Among them is whether patients can be reinfected by the virus after they seem to recover from the symptoms. With other coronavirus strains, experts say the antibodies that patients produce...

Three Connecticut high school track runners filed a lawsuit against their athletic conference Wednesday to block born-male athletes from competing against them. Selina Soule, Alanna Smith, and Chelsea Mitchell argue the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC) is accommodating an unfair advantage for transgender athletes by allowing biological males to compete against girls. Connecticut is one of 17 states that currently allows transgender athletes to compete without restriction according to their gender identity, reports the Connecticut Post. “It is not fair for any boy to compete against girls,” Smith told the Connecticut Post. “That biological unfairness doesn’t go away because of...

Tourists could fly from Britain to Australia in just four hours by the 2030s with a new hypersonic engine being developed by UK scientists, the head of the UK Space Agency has said. Reaction Engines, who are based in Oxfordshire, are in the process of building a hybrid hydrogen air-breathing rocket that will allow a plane to fly at Mach 5.4 - more than twice the speed of Concorde - then speed up to to Mach 25 in space. Not only would the new ‘Sabre’ engine allow speedier journeys - with a flight between London and New York slashed to...

MSNBC contributor Frank Figliuzzi, a former FBI counterintelligence official, floated a conspiracy theory about the president issuing secret Nazi messages on "The 11th Hour With Brian Williams" on Monday night. FRANK FIGLIUZZI: And I'll give you an example of that. We have to understand the adversary and the threat we’re dealing with. And if we don't understand how they think, we’ll never understand how to counter them. So, it’s little things and language and messaging that matters. The President said that we will fly our flags at half-mast until August 8th. That's 8/8. Now, I'm not going to imply that...

WOW! This is like straight out of the Twilight Zone. MSNBC says raising the flag on August 8 is secret Nazi code. OMG! And people actually take this channel seriously! The crazy left has gone from the Putin’s Puppet campaign to the Secret Nazi campaign against President Trump.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats is leaving his job next month, ending a two-year tenure marked by President Donald Trump’s clashes with intelligence officials. Trump announced Coats’ departure on Aug. 15 in a tweet Sunday that thanked Coats for his service. He said he will nominate Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, to the post and that he will name an acting official in the coming days. Ratcliffe is a frequent Trump defender who fiercely questioned former special counsel Robert Mueller last week during a House Judiciary Committee hearing. Coats often appeared out of step with Trump and...
