In the FBI’s files on Hillary Clinton, it appears she was issued a subpoena for a Federal Grand Jury. The case was stopped from moving forward. This was early in 2016 BEFORE the election. Clinton was under investigation for serious crimes yet still allowed to run for President because Obama may have prevented the investigation from going forward.

Now he can add a consumer protection complaint to the criminal rape charges he is facing. A California woman charged last week for her role in the production of undercover videos at a Houston Planned Parenthood clinic will be offered probation, a Harris County prosecutor said in court. Sandra Susan Merritt, of San Jose, Calif., appeared in court Wednesday morning on charges of tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony which carried a possible sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
