Christine Byers of KSDK in Missouri has uncovered evidence of prosecutorial misconduct by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner's office. Kim is one of the radical prosecutors who has been elected with money from George Soros linked radical leftist “Justice & Public Safety” political action committee. Gardner has drawn national attention with her decision to prosecute a St Louis couple for defending their home against an angry mob of Black Lives Matter agitators. The document obtained by 5 On Your Side (KDSK) show pressure was applied by Gardner's office to structure the police report, so as to alter the evidence to...
  • ViacomCBS is Meddling in the Presidential Election

While mainstream media organizations continue to worry about foreign meddling in our last election and the next one, we should take a look at how they themselves are meddling. Without letting any of the media off the hook, the ViacomCBS behemoth deserves special consideration. The threat from its meddling in the upcoming presidential election is a case study of a multi-headed media organization's direct practice of attempting to defeat one candidate and help boost and cover for the other. Anything Russia did in the last election, or any of the last 20 elections, pales in comparison. These days, the company...

Current human resource (HR) policies deliberately misuse terms such as diversity and equity to achieve political ends. That isn’t news. But the process by which those terms were twisted into their current shapes is worth a look. Likewise, it is important to see how their current usage is grounded in economic ignorance and unsound ethics. Sadly, the resultant HR policies -- including microaggression training and gender-and-race training -- feed a growth industry of diversity hucksters. These quick-buck artists subvert productive corporate meritocracies and replace them with systems that enshrine mediocrity, manufacture complaints, and generate resentment – not to mention whining...

In the space of what feels like a breath, we went from the Greatest Generation to the legalization of infanticide, from a country with a singular and evolved moral code to the ripping down of the Ten Commandments in courtrooms across the country, from a rational acknowledgment of natural gender to drag-queen story hour at the public library. How in the world did this happen? I’m saddened to say that some of the biggest players in this cultural catastrophe have been psychotherapists. My generation was bottle fed with the nectar of psychotherapy and a philosophy that presented itself as secular...
  • Trump should give payroll tax cut to 150 million workers and let Pelosi unleash her outrage

Polls typically show that Americans support a payroll tax cut over the idea of a bailout for cities and states. Every worker would get a 7.5% boost in their paychecks starting as early as next week. This incentivizes work and it puts more money back on Main Street USA. At the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, which I co-founded, we estimate 2.7 million jobs would be created from this tax cut.

In America today, millions of churchgoers are not allowed to practice their faith in their place of worship and certain business owners are not allowed to welcome customers, but hardened criminals are being released from prison. This insanity is producing predictably deadly results. Under the guise of protecting prisoners from the spread of Covid-19, large numbers of dangerous criminals are being freed from custody. This is creating a horrific situation that is endangering the public and has now led to the death of a witness in a rape case. In Alexandria, Virginia, rape suspect Ibrahim E. Bouaichi was released from...

[beginning chopped] ...but along the way some trends have become noteworthy. For instance, the SARS-CoV-2 virus has affected some groups worse than others and this necessitates further investigation as to why. I was made aware of research being done by Dr. Larry Tilley, DVM, a world-renowned expert in veterinary medicine research, Dr. William Baumgartl, MD, MSME, director of Stem Cell Therapies at Nevada Spine Center, and Jeffrey Gold, a computer science and data analyst. Their paper hypothesizes the reason for higher rates of morbidity and mortality in older versus younger patients suffering from COVID-19. They note other trends as well....
  • There’s no masking Mayor Bill de Blasio’s apathy for NYC

Bill de Blasio is officially the 109th mayor of New York City. I say officially because, in reality, he’s New York’s first mayor. The first mayor who doesn’t care about the city. Not all his predecessors were above average, but de Blasio stands out for his indifference. Nothing makes him tick. Gotham, the closest thing our nation has ever had to the shining city upon a hill, is in a sharp and obvious downward spiral. With dizzying speed, more than two decades of prosperity and public safety are crashing to a halt. Persistent warnings that the bad old days were...

  • The GOP has a powerful new Biden v. Biden campaign video

Joe Biden has been in Washington, D.C., since 1972. It’s therefore easy to go through his past stances on issues and use those issues against him now. Doing so creates one kind of Biden v. Biden campaign video. The GOP, however, has come up with a stunning and disturbing new kind of Biden v. Biden campaign video, one that compares the Biden of eight years ago to the Biden of today. Biden is an exceptionally weak presidential candidate. He’s been in American politics for 48 years and has always been a living example of the Peter principle. One doesn’t hear...
  • Victory for parents: Montgomery County health czar withdraws private school ban

The county health czar in Maryland's Montgomery County has withdrawn his blanket ban on in-person schooling for nonpublic schools, handing a major victory to parents and religious communities in the Washington suburb. Gov. Larry Hogan had repeatedly pushed back on the blanket bans, and on Friday afternoon, among improving numbers in the county and the state, the county health office seemed to surrender. “County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles today announced that he has rescinded his health order that prohibited nonpublic schools from opening for in-person instruction until after Oct. 1, 2020,” the county stated in a press release. “The...
  • A Quick, Compelling Bible Study Vol. 22 – ‘Hope’ Edition

Today we study what the Bible says about “hope” because everyone needs an injection of it during these trying times. But before we read the verses, let’s review the secular meaning.Merriam-Webster Dictionary’s definition of hope is “to cherish a desire with anticipation: to want something to happen or be true.”As an internalized mindset, hope has proven to be a life-saver under the harshest of circumstances. For example, one of the most popular psychology books ever written (over 15 million copies in print worldwide) is “Man’s Search For Meaning” by Viktor Frankl. He was an Austrian psychiatrist and neurologist who survived the Nazi...

Some weeks there’s a plethora of important stories and this week is no exception, but I’d like to highlight something which is getting far less attention than I think it deserves: The administration is using economic sanctions and anti-money laundering laws to seize the billions of dollars of stolen funds sloshing about the world in international money laundering schemes. For this, I must thank an online friend “Melinda,” who brought this to my attention during a week in which the rioting in some Democrat-run cities and the horrific explosion in Beirut drew most of the attention. The mystery began when...
  • PLA Rocket Force launches DF-26 ‘aircraft carrier killer’ missile in fast-reaction drills

The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Rocket Force recently launched a DF-26 intermediate-range anti-ship ballistic missile in an ongoing months-long exercise, after the US provocatively sent two aircraft carriers to the South China Sea for exercises and held joint naval drills with India, Japan and Australia in the Indian Ocean and Philippine Sea respectively in an attempt to contain China. Capable of striking moving targets at sea, the DF-26 has been dubbed an "aircraft carrier killer," and its exercise launch again demonstrated its deterrence and China's firm will in safeguarding national sovereignty and security, experts said on Thursday. A PLA...

Once again Greta Thunberg has demonstrated her PR genius. She just met a researcher from neighboring Norway for a conversation on the border between their two countries. And Greta didn’t waste any time posting the pictures of their meeting on Twitter and Instagram. In one of the photos, the two are seen greeting each other by touching their right feet together over the Morokulien border crossing – without physically entering the other’s country. According to Thunberg, she was interviewing the climate and environmental scientist Per Espen Stoknes for an upcoming BBC documentary series. However, because she was not allowed to...

  • Where Is Joe Biden's Brain?

It is unlikely that aliens have descended and absconded with Joe Biden's brain, but there is no clear explanation for Biden's incoherent outbursts; inability to complete sentences or thoughts; and failure to remember where he is, who people are, even what office he is running for. We all get old and forgetful, and to some extent the prone to plagiarism, Biden has always had his tongue engaged before his brain was in gear. The "that's just Joe" refrain became a cliché. But there's more going on here than just getting old and forgetful even though that would be bad enough....
