Who will be the GOP's choice for the White House in 2008? There seems to be a huge number of potential contenders. But the fact remains that they have to pass a series of key tests, in my opinion, before they can be considered credible contenders. First of all, whoever it is has to be someone with some strong victories at the ballot box, at least at Governor or US Senator level under his belt.
