On Thursday, the Associated Press reported that an off-duty armed officer at the Price Middle School in Atlanta disarmed a student who managed to shoot a 14-year-old boy in the neck. CNN's Piers Morgan, however, claimed in a tweet that the officer really didn't stop what could have been another Sandy Hook tragedy, Twitchy reported Friday.
