Now on Fox. Media Matters has been sending to Obama's DOJ the names of people to be investigated for being seditious. Judge Napolitano on, says he has discovered that the DOJ is investigating his writings and opinions, along with those of other Fox and conservative analysts and commentators. Seems bemused.

The exchange below, between Representative Trent Franks and Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez, occurred in late July, but is particularly relevant today. Representatvie Franks tries to extract an assurance from Perez that the Obama administration will not push a proposal to criminalize speech “against any religion.” He has a tough time doing so.

A pro-amnesty group is forecasting that up to 1.76 million young illegal immigrants would get work permits under President Barack Obama’s de facto amnesty announced in June, amid a stalled economy and near-record levels of unemployment. President Obama's Food and Drug Administration has caused "a public health crisis" -- a prescription drug shortage over the past two years -- by increasing the number of threats issued to raid and close drug manufacturing plants, according to House investigators. New orders for U.S. factory goods fell in April for the third time in four month . . . orders for manufactured goods dropped 0.6 percent during the month. The Obama re-election campaign has moved on from the 2008 campaign slogan, "Change we can believe in." A new survey of Fortune 100 companies finds that the health care overhaul, contrary to the claims of its authors, created some perverse incentives for employers to drop workers from company insurance plans. Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee surveyed the top 100 companies about how much they spent on health care -- a total of 71, covering 5.9 million employees, responded. The results suggested it would be far more attractive for companies to drop workers from those plans than keep them.
