LITTLE ROCK — Marvin Parks, the Republican nominee for the 2nd District seat, said Thursday that Democratic incumbent Vic Snyder should apologize for dispatching staff members to get videos of the beheadings in Iraq. In a radio interview Thursday, Snyder said he wanted to view the video to get a sense of the brutality of terrorists who have beheaded Americans and foreign hostages in Iraq.
