The Crook was able to get 30% of the vote to the 27% of the second place finisher who will be in a runoff with Edwards... Appears Landrieu and Edwards will be on the ballot in the December 6th Runoff. This is in the crowded 5th Congressional District of Louisiana, which had nine candidates.
