A number House Democrats have written a resolution(PDF) calling on Congress to recognize that climate change will hurt the plight of women more than men; driving women into “transactional sex� for survival — among other horrible fates. Now, nothing causes more transactional sex than poverty, and few conditions bring more poverty to women around the world than limiting capitalism and free trade. The state of California is reportedly considering legislation that would force group insurance policies to provide infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples. STOCKTON (CBS13) – A Stockton man who lived with his girlfriend’s badly decomposed body in a bathtub for several months was convicted of her murder on Wednesday. Devon Omar Epps, 37, was arrested in December 2011 after the apartment manager went to evict him and discovered the body of Veronica Jones in the bathtub of the unit on E. Channel Street.
