Marshall, (MD AL, May 13, 2022), an Alabama federal district court issued an injunction pending trial of the portion of the Alabama Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act that restricts transgender minors from being treated with puberty blockers and hormone therapies. The court said in part: Parent Plaintiffs have a fundamental right to direct the medical care of their children.
