Representative Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX) said Thursday on CNN’s “The Lead” that both Govs. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and Gregg Abbott (R-TX) were “right-wing nutjob governors.” Anchor Jake Tapper said, “Governor DeSantis and your governor, Governor Abbott sent these migrants with no heads-up to officials in Martha’s Vineyard, or D.C., no heads-up to those who might provide care for them, provide them with food, health care. We see a lot of kids in these pictures. What’s your response to this? Is this a good way to protest the country’s failing immigration policies?”
  • Why won’t White House say when Trump last tested negative?

It is a basic, crucial question and one the White House refuses to answer: When was President Donald Trump’s last negative test for the coronavirus before he tested positive last week? “Yeah, I’m not going to give you a detailed readout with timestamps every time the president’s tested,” White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany told reporters last weekend. “I can’t reveal that at this time,” echoed Alyssa Farah, the White House director of strategic communications. “Doctors would like to keep it private.” “I don’t want to go backwards,” said Dr. Sean Conley, the president’s physician. The answer could help fill...
  • CNN Doc Calls Trump 'Criminal,' But Wouldn't Promise Not to Leak

CNN's Jonathan Reiner was back to playing criminal prosecutor on TV today -- even though he's actually a doctor. We caught him last week accusing President Trump of "negligent homicide." On this morning's New Day, Reiner's charge against the president was "criminal endangerment." But somehow it's outrageous that the president would want any doctor treating him to sign a non-disclosure agreement -- as if there weren't leftist networks and newspapers who would salivate at the chance to get nasty leaks. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

... I had just turned 16 years old when the marathon interviews entered our living room. Nixon, I thought, would be the worst president in my lifetime. How could he not be? His list of offenses seemed endless: sending young men and women to their deaths in an useless war, justified by cooked claims of impending victory; getting the IRS to audit those on an enemies list of political opponents and uncooperative journalists; asserting executive privilege in order to cover his own lawbreaking; employing dirty tricks to gain and hold power. It all was so beyond the pale, I naively...
  • Howard Dean: Osama bin Laden Had Nothing to do with 9/11

DR. DEAN: I said I wasn't sure, but I said I thought there probably were. But the thing that really bothered me the most, which the 9-11 Commission said also wasn't true, is the insinuation that the president continues to make to this day that Osama bin Laden had something to do with supporting terrorists that attacked the United States. That is false. The 9-11 Commission, chaired by a Republican, said it was false.
  • "We don't need evidence. We know he's a ZOT."

This paper was prepared by students from Northwestern University Law School and the University of Chicago Law School. We believe this paper will ultimately be faxed, mailed and e-mailed to several million Americans. For this reason, we have chosen to write in a style and format that is easily understood by readers at all levels. This paper has one aim: To show that ample evidence exists to issue an indictment against former President George Herbert Walker Bush (#41, father of George W. Bush) for the crime of murder in regard to the people who perished in terrorist attacks in the...
