IT is an all too familiar scene during the festive season – drunken colleagues making inappropriate sexual advances at the work Christmas party. But the Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC) of Victoria is urging bosses to warn employees that sexual harassment is unlawful, even if it is outside work hours.
