Contrary to recent reports, federal agents told The Chronicle on Wednesday that they did not tell the family of missing Cal Poly freshman Kristin Smart that a big break in the 23-year cold case was imminent. Actress Kristin Davis opened up recently about her fear for the safety of her 5-year-old daughter, who is black, after Donald Trump’s Nov. 8 victory. A reported spike in hate crimes since Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the presidential election has raised concerns of a continued increase in racially motivated acts of violence. “I’m on the intense learning curve because I have to protect my child,” the “Sex and the City” star said in a “How I Got Over” interview with WNYC’s Rebecca Carroll. “I might have had the intellectual learning curve that we all hope and wish we...

Kristen, described in a federal affidavit as having a Feb. 13 rendezvous with Mr. Spitzer at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, has spent the last few days in her ninth-floor rental in an upscale apartment building in the Flatiron district. On Monday, she made a brief...

Ford, I appeared with you on the O’Reilly Factor on July 31, 2007, in my capacity as spokesman for FreeRepublic.com to discuss politics on the Internet.
