Several people were injured in an apparent knife attack aboard a bus in northern Germany on Friday. More than 12 people were injured, at least two seriously, after the perpetrator got on the bus in Lubeck, about 44 miles northeast of Hamburg, local media reported. On 25 May, 2018, Governor Edwards of Louisiana signed HB 892 into law. A madman with a knife attacked people—seemingly at random—in a busy section of Paris Saturday before he was fatally gunned down by police, BFM TV reported. On November 29 of 2016, in St. Louis, Missouri, Terrell McDaniel, 36, was attacked by Robert Collins, 44. Collins was intoxicated and attacked McDaniel with a milk crate.
