Russian state-owned company Technopromexport has announced it will build a thermal power plant in Serbia within three years. The company Wednesday signed a contract with Serbia and Switzerland's Mentor Energy, company officials said. The construction of the plant, with two 450-megawatt blocks, is estimated to cost $877 million.
