In a nine-word per curiam decision, eight justices of the United States Supreme Court have revealed they are deadlocked in a 4 to 4 divide on the new immigration procedures of the Obama administration, with its executive decision to not deport the immigrant parents of children born in the United States (thus citizens) and give them legal status but less than citizenship in the process. The State of Texas, joined by 25 others states, filed a lawsuit to block this executive action, which affects between 4 and 5 million immigrants in the United States. The case was before the Supreme...

But she did get around to releasing a written statement that said: “Today’s attack in Istanbul only strengthens our resolve to defeat the forces of terrorism and radical jihadism around the world. And it reminds us that the United States cannot retreat.” Radical jihadism. She probably never would have said even that phrase were it not for pressure from Trump’s excoriating her and Obama for refusing to identify the enemy, but she would no doubt insist (if asked, which she won’t be) that “radical jihadism” has nothing whatsoever to do with Islam.

For many years, there has been a push toward a global community. This has had its benefits and its drawbacks. In the mind of the Intelligentsia, this would eventually work out world peace. As countries traded with one another and companies worked internationally, there would be greater interest for both politicians and businessmen to see the end of conflicts. At the same time, we have seen those traditionally the leaders in manufacturing, America and Britain, are suffering the loss of jobs. One of the main reason is the government: U.S. EPA and EU have made these traditional titans hamstrung in...

On October 19, 2011, Farhana Khera of Muslim Advocates delivered a letter to John Brennan, who was then the assistant to the president on National Security for Homeland Security and Counter Terrorism. The letter was signed by the leaders of virtually all significant Islamic groups in the United States: 57 Muslim, Arab, and South Asian organizations, many with ties to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, including the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the Muslim American Society (MAS), the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), Islamic Relief USA, and the Muslim Public Affairs Council...

Lynch and DOJ Civil Rights Division head Vanita Gupta have appeared at gala events for an organization called Muslim Advocates. The George Soros-funded charity has badgered the New York City Police Department away from monitoring the most radical mosques in the city.

Phil Houston is CEO of QVerity, a training and consulting company specializing in detecting deception by employing a model he developed while at the Central Intelligence Agency. He has conducted thousands of interviews and interrogations for the CIA and other federal agencies. His colleague Don Tennant contributed to this report. When U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch made her appearance this week on Fox News Sunday, she was asked about the government’s decision to put Orlando nightclub killer Omar Mateen on a terrorist watch list in 2013, only to remove him from the list the following year. The deceptive behavior exhibited...

Mind ——> blown. We are living under Islamic rule. AG Lynch to Muslim community: You ‘are under our protection’ By Robert Spencer, June 23, 2016: What about the rest of us? What about those who are targeted for murder by members of the Muslim community? To whom can they go for protection? “AG Lynch to Muslim community: You ‘are under our protection,’” by Gabby Morrongiello, Washington Examiner, June 19, 2016: U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch says the Justice Department is determined to work with the Muslim community in America to identify self-radicalized jihadists before they can harm other Americans....

The stupid just keeps pouring from the obama regime. We've come to expect asininity and golly they don't disappoint. Our Attorney General let fly some words which leave you incredulous. “We stand with you to say that the good in this world far outweighs the evil, that our common humanity transcends our differences, and that our most effective response to terror and to hatred is compassion, it’s unity, and it’s love,” Lynch said. “We stand with you today as we grieve together, and long after the cameras are gone, we will continue to stand with you as we grow together in...

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) -- A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at the gate of a Mogadishu hotel, followed by a second explosion heard inside the hotel as gunmen fought their way inside, police said Saturday. At least four bodies were seen outside the hotel, one officer said.

FRANCE today told Britain to appoint a new prime minister within “a few days” and to immediately quit the EU by soon triggering Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty. Speaking in Berlin following a meeting of the six founding member states of the EU, French foreign minister Jean-Marc Ayrault told the UK not to play a “cat and mouse” game following the historic Brexit vote. He said: “Of course a new prime minister must be appointed, that will probably require a few days but this is quite urgent.

The polls in England are closing early due to rain. But most likely, they are told to close because the vote may be against the government. So this may be yet another dirty trick to deny the people any real democratic process. This is more likely than not going to increase civil unrest from here on out. Just stupid. This is the poster child for why people should vote online. But then again, how can government rig the elections if they cannot be in charge of counting the votes?

Donald Trump leaves for Scotland Thursday, briefly escaping his turbulent presidential campaign to attend the official opening of a remodeled golf resort bearing his name. The foreign trip, Trump's first as the presumptive Republican nominee, will bear none of the traditional marks of the ritualistic campaign voyage abroad that White House hopefuls have embarked on in recent years. Trump is not slated to meet with any foreign leaders or visit historical sites but instead attend to his multibillion-dollar business interests. The trip -- an unconventional venture emblematic of the real estate mogul's campaign -- comes on the heels of the...

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II thinks European courts that protect Islamist hate preachers “denigrate” Britain and has demanded her dinner guests “Give me THREE good reasons” to remain inside the European Union (EU). The loaded challenge has been widely interpreted as an expression of Euroscepticism since the Royal biographer Robert Lacey made the revelation in a blog post in the Daily Beast. The EU and the European Court of Human Rights are known for their history of protecting the “rights” of extremists and blocking deportations. Last night Breitbart London revealed that Islamist hate preacher, terrorist apologist and Caliphate agitator Anjem...

DEVELOPING: A gunman in a mask stormed a movie theater in western Germany Friday and opened fire wounding several people, local media reported. Investigators would not immediately confirm the number of wounded, but described it as a "threat situation." The Kinopolis movie theater is located in Viernheim, approximately 40 miles south of Frankfurt. Police in the nearby city of Mannheim sent officers to support the operation, spokesman Norbert Schaetzle told reporters.

European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker today dismissed Mr Cameron’s eve-of-referendum pledge he will push for changes to migration rules if the UK stays in the EU beyond the historic referendum in less than 24 hours time. It represents a major blow to the Tory leader’s hopes of persuading still undecided voters to vote Remain with the promise of a further renegotiation of Britain’s relationship with Brussels. In a newspaper interview today the Prime Minister said he can “guarantee” a Remain result will give him the mandate to push eurocrats for greater reform of the 28-country bloc.

Remember when Trump first mentioned a temporary pause in immigration until a proper vetting process could be created? Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) said such language would ENFLAME rage among Muslims. But the released transcripts of the calls and the testimony of survivors of the terror attack show NO MENTION OF DONALD TRUMP. Amazingly, though, we are told he was angry that the current administration was bombing his "people". And an article in the WASHINGTON POST (written by someone who knew the killer) said he supported HILLARY.

Last week, in the wake of the Orlando shooting, Fox News analyst and former US Army Intelligence officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Ralph Peters stated that “Not all Muslims are Terrorists, but Virtually All Terrorists are Muslims.” Exacto-mundo compadre. Meanwhile…on Fantasy Island… The Obama Administration and its cowardly and delusional acolytes of diversity and political correctness in the DOJ, the FBI, the DHS and the military are living in a holographic Land of Oz. By direction of the White House and its minions, you can’t say radical Islam, jihad or Sharia, the FBI better not do surveillance on mosques, two bombs a day...

The news is full of reports of that Attorney General Loretta Lynch has ordered that the term "ISIS" be redacted from the DOJ's reports of the statements made by Omar Mateen. Though Mateen explicitly dedicated his monstrous mass murder to ISIS, Attorney General Lynch said she would not "proclaim" the group by name. It is a wretched development that the attorney general has sunk to insulting the American people with Pravda talking points. (Who needs Winston Smith?) Nobody seems to understand the fundamental reason for her obfuscation. It is wrongfully attributed to the fact that the administration does not want...
