(A1NewsPage.com) Federal Judge Roger Vinson again stated that the Obamacare law is unconstitutional and gave the Obama Administration only 7 days to appeal his order in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The judge said the Congress exceeded its authority with an individual mandate to buy insurance and that his order included all parts of the law because it is unseverable to the rest of the act.

If you remember, I questioned whether Obama was crossing the line into sedition with his statement that he intended to ignore a declaratory judgment. Well, they apparently (after stalling) asked the Judge for a stay, and got something a bit different than they asked for in reply. Judge Vinson began with:

Much has been written and said about Judge Vinson’s  ruling today granting a very limited stay of his earlier declaratory ruling (which he “clarified” to have been the equivalent of an injunction) against further implementation of ObamaCare. I have little to add other than a few quotations from today’s decision; it is tantamount to a statement that the federal government acted in bad faith. The Florida judge who ruled against President Obama's health care law on Wednesday ordered the administration to expedite its appeal, if it plans to, within seven days. Reported by the AP on Thursday, Alaska governor Sean Parnell (R) said "the state of Alaska will not pursue unlawful activity to implement a federal health care regime that has been declared unconstitutional by a federal court." Parnell becomes the second governor to refuse the implementation of POTUS Obama's health care law.

This tussle in Florida over the “clarity” of Judge Roger Vinson’s ruling that ObamaCare is unconstitutional is further unfolding. From the tone of Vinson’s comments on the matter, the DOJ’s push for the ruling to be clarified is not sitting too well with him:
