I was surprised to see that Kara DioGuardi from American Idol's father was a former New York congressman who has been fighting to keep the national debt down for several decades. Anyone see him having a shot a Senate in New York? He's a CPA with a great track record--and a book from 1992 "Unaccountable Congress: It Doesn't Add Up" that really foresaw a lot of this fiscal mess. Anybody know much about him?
