Julie Pace of the Associated Press then upped the ante, saying: “there may not be anything you can do to prevent what we saw last night.” Wait a second: Scarborough said that extreme vetting wouldn’t work. A man has been arrested after a car mounted the pavement outside the Natural History Museum in London, hitting a number of people.
