The Department of Justice cleared the FBI informant – who brought the Uranium One scandal roaring back into national headlines with his claim, through his lawyer, to have information about the Clinton Foundation’s role – to testify before Congress Wednesday night. The informant worked undercover to investigate bribery and intrigue in the Russian nuclear industry during the Obama administration and was, until Wednesday, bound by a gag order from speaking about what he knew. According to sources at the Department of Justice, the informant is now cleared to testify about a wide range of issues including, specifically, the Clinton Foundation....

I just saw Sara Carter, one of the investigative reporters who broke the story on the Russia-Clinton uranium story, state, while being interviewed by Lou Dobss on his show, that based on her conversations with Victoria Toensing, the attorney representing the FBI informant, the DOJ will lift the Non-Disclosure agreement (NDA) and this will be a full, not partial, lifting, which will allow the informant to disclose everything he learned during his 4 years as an FBI undercover operative.

A top Senate Republican is calling for the Justice Department to lift an apparent “gag order” on an FBI informant who reportedly helped the U.S. uncover a corruption and bribery scheme by Russian nuclear officials but allegedly was “threatened” by the Obama administration to stay quiet. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, is focusing on the informant amid scrutiny of the 2010 approval of a controversial uranium deal with a Russian company. He’s raising questions about potential “conflicts of interest” for Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration, and especially wants to know whether the committee that approved the deal...

In a January 5th 1996 teletype to select FBI field offices, FBI Director Louis Freeh revealed that the Southern Poverty Law Center, the radical left wing group run by civil rights lawyer Morris Dees, had an informant living in Elohim City, a white supremacist compound whose inhabitants have been closely linked to the Oklahoma City bombing. And that informant was dutifully reporting to Bill Clinton’s FBI. (1) It’s thanks to Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue that we have this information, which proves “…the SPLC was engaged in an undercover role where they monitored subjects for the FBI believed to...

WASHINGTON -- Donald Trump knew a man he named as a senior business adviser in 2010 had been convicted in a major Mafia-linked stock fraud scheme, according to Associated Press interviews and a review of court records. Trump had worked with Felix Sater previously during the man's stint as an executive at Bayrock Group LLC, a real estate development firm that partnered with Trump on numerous projects after renting office space from the Trump Organization. But Sater's past was not widely known at the time because he was working as a government cooperator on mob cases and the judge overseeing...

The Chinese government systematically dismantled C.I.A. spying operations in the country starting in 2010, killing or imprisoning more than a dozen sources over two years and crippling intelligence gathering there for years afterward. Current and former American officials described the intelligence breach as one of the worst in decades. It set off a scramble in Washington’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies to contain the fallout, but investigators were bitterly divided over the cause. Some were convinced that a mole within the C.I.A. had betrayed the United States. Others believed that the Chinese had hacked the covert system the C.I.A. used...

In a January 5th 1996 teletype to select FBI field offices, FBI Director Louis Freeh revealed that the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the far-left group founded by civil rights lawyer Morris Dees, had an informant living in Elohim City, a white supremacist compound whose inhabitants have been closely linked to the Oklahoma City bombing. The Freeh teletype also revealed that Tim McVeigh, executed in 2001 for the murder of 168 people in Oklahoma City, had telephoned Elohim City asking that German national Andreas Strassmeir provide more assistance in completing the bomb which devastated the Alfred P. Murrah building. The...

Preventing SHTF through civil disobedience with guns. "To arms! The enemy is coming!" When a force that is planing an invasion hears these words shouted from the watchtowers, they know they've been found out and are forced to retreat and change plans. This is the power of words as weapons. "I know what you're doing" puts doubt in the wrongdoer and takes away their advantage. Is there any doubt the leftist administration wants SHTF? Is there any doubt who the real insurgents are in this country? It has become painfully obvious that this administration's agenda is the disarmament and invasion...

Farooq Saeed has been identified as the possible San Bernardino shooting suspect, who reports indicate walked into a medical facility for people with developmental disabilities and opened fire. The shooting took place at close to 11 a.m. in the 1300 block of South Waterman Avenue in the California city, taking place at a building identified as the Inland Regional Center. The facility is a state-run medical center that serves people with developmental disabilities, said Nancy Lungren, spokeswoman for the California Department of Developmental Services. Unconfirmed reports identified the suspect as Farooq Saeed, a name repeated on police scanners and reported...

It’s been four years since a group of US Navy Seals assassinated Osama bin Laden in a night raid on a high-walled compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. The killing was the high point of Obama’s first term, and a major factor in his re-election. The White House still maintains that the mission was an all-American affair, and that the senior generals of Pakistan’s army and Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI) were not told of the raid in advance. This is false, as are many other elements of the Obama administration’s account. The White House’s story might have been written by Lewis Carroll:...

A Turkish court on Thursday charged a Syrian national suspected of plotting to slam speedboats packed with explosives into cruise ships loaded with Israeli tourists, lawyers and police said. According to The AP, defense lawyer Ilhami Sayan said the suspect, identified in the Turkish media as Lu'ai Sakra, was charged with membership in an "illegal organization." He was arrested earlier this month. Police said Sakra was linked to al-Qaeda. "I have no regrets," Sakra shouted to journalists as he was led into the courthouse. "I was going to attack Israeli ships. If they come, my friends will attack them." "I...

A Mesquite, Texas, man who pledged allegiance to ISIS and lied to the FBI about it was arrested on Thursday, according to a criminal complaint. Bilal Abood, 37, a licensed security guard, is charged with making a false statement to the FBI. He faces up to eight years in prison. Abood was born in Iraq and migrated to the United States in 2009. He was a naturalized U.S. citizen, prosecutors said. Abood tried to travel to Iraq from D/FW International Airport on March 29, 2013, but was not allowed to board the flight. He was interviewed by FBI agents, claimed...

New evidence pried from the government under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) proves the point I have posited here at Ordered Liberty: The federal government willfully intervened on behalf of al Qaeda terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki on October 10, 2002, undoing his arrest on felony fraud charges when he was detained at JFK International Airport in New York, and allowing him to walk away with a Saudi handler. As I argued over two years ago, the government’s story to the contrary – viz., that it was moved by sheer coincidence on the eve of Awlaki’s arrival to pull the plug...

....At the third meeting with Quintana, Sharpton made sure to go alone — wearing a cowboy hat and chomping on an unlit cigar, which was made famous in footage from the FBI surveillance leaked in 2002.... And once he was caught, he had no choice but to wear a wire to save his ample hide from prison. “Sharpton said they could do whatever they wanted with him after that,” Curington said. “Because they had him. Either he worked for them or they put that news out there that he was into coke.”.... Curington said the activist put on a good...

The watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Thursday that it had obtained emails showing that former IRS official Lois Lerner gave protected information to the Federal Elections Commission. Meanwhile, the House Ways and Means Committee said it had identified the IRS agent who leaked National Organization for Marriage donors to gay rights activists. Judicial Watch obtained the emails in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on Aug. 9. They purport to show Lerner, who led the IRS Exempt Organizations division, promising full cooperation with an FEC attorney who was seeking information about the tax-exempt applications of two conservative...

'Flag@Whitehouse.Gov' A Snitch Line Is the White House Compiling an Enemies List? The Obama administration seems to have committed another political misstep when it set up an email address, 'flag@whitehouse.gov', in order to allow supporters to report on "misinformation" on health care reform. According to Fox News, "The White House is under fire for a blog post asking supporters to send "fishy" information received through rumors, chain e-mails and casual conversations to a White House e-mail address, 'flag@whitehouse.gov'." .... In 2010 the BATFE raided the S&W booth at SHOT Show arresting 21 people, including Smith & Wesson executives for beaching the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, a law which prohibits US corporations, citizens and residents from bribing foreign officials. Those arrested were charged with conspiring to bribe officials in the African state of Gabon as part of a deal to sell $15 million of equipment to the 1,800 man strong Gabon Presidential (Republican) Guard. Washington, D.C. law firm Miller & Chevalier have published a number of reports on the “SHOT Show Sting”. Their first report on the case appeared shortly...

By almost anybody's standards, Joshua Allan Jackson is bad news. A felon with a lengthy history of violence against women, Jackson was sentenced to 10 years in prison April 13 for sexually abusing an 18-year-old woman and holding her against her will for days inside a cheap South Seattle motel last year. The woman told investigators Jackson forced her to audition for a porn film and at one point choked her so hard she almost lost consciousness. As part of the case, Jackson also admitted to criminal impersonation on various occasions when he told the victim and seven other people...
