I wanted to ask this question. Lets assume immigration reform passed.Let assume all known background checks ran.Lets assume finger prints are on file.Almost everyone is in the system.I ask what happens in the months to follow, when others from Mexico fathers, mothers, children by the thousands sneak into America.. What is the position of DHS,ICE, local and state official. Will they start arresting and detaining illegals ? Will we see in year or so the system is broken, you cannot punish the kids for the crimes of the parents and children hold rallies do not deport my mom or dad..Does it all...

To save jobs in the Black community, Black Americans will march against amnesty for illegal aliens on July 15 in Washington, D.C. Buses are traveling from all over the U.S., as far away as from Florida in the South and from California in the West. Amnesty opponents of all races and colors will be participating. Yet are Democrats now starting to lose the Black vote? In open rebellion against the Democrat Party's agenda, the Black American Leadership Alliance will lead a rally and march on the U.S. Capitol at 9:30 AM on Monday, July 15, marching to demonstrate at the...

by John HillStand With Arizona Amnesty-pushing politicians who insist that putting strong border security measures and interior enforcement before legalization for illegal aliens will anger Hispanic voters, were completely undermined by a new poll. This poll shows that a majority of registered Hispanic voters believe any immigration legislation that becomes law should deal with border security and interior immigration law enforcement before legalization of America’s at least 11 million illegal aliens begins. “Among all Hispanics, six in ten, 60%, support granting legal status to those already here only when the 90% goal is reached; 32% oppose,” GOP pollster John McLaughlin’s...

House Republicans are meeting Wednesday to hash out their own strategy on immigration, but already one major difference has emerged between them and their Senate counterparts — they are far less enthusiastic about an eventual path to citizenship for illegal immigrants. Even many of the 32 Senate Republicans who voted against their immigration bill last month said they think a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants is necessary, and eventually likely. But in the House, that's far from a majority stance. "I believe any talk about a pathway to citizenship will only make the problem worse because our borders are...

A majority of Hispanic voters think legal status to illegal immigrants should be granted only after a goal of stopping 90 percent of future illegal immigration has been acheived, according to a new survey by GOP pollster John McLaughlin. By a margin of 60 percent to 34 percent, registered Hispanic voters said they supported granting legal status to illegal immigrants “only when the 90% goal is reached.” Hispanic adults backed the proposal by a nearly identical margin — 60 percent to 32 percent. The proposal offered in the poll is even more hawkish than the one put forward by Senator...

Chad Pergram ✔ @ChadPergram Boehner: We have a broken #immigration system..We can't turn a blind eye and think it will go away. It's time for Congress to act. 4:48 PM - 8 Jul 2013 trolling from pro-amnesty forces via Greg Sargent. Although, is it really trolling if it’s true? I don’t doubt for a second that if Boehner allowed an up-or-down vote on the Senate bill, there’d be 20-30 Republicans willing to go all-in on amnesty with the entire Democratic caucus. The one and only thing stopping this from passing is John Boehner’s solemn promise that he won’t allow a...

“Let me tell you something else, David,” NBC News’s Chuck Todd told David Gregory on Meet the Press Sunday, “the White House had been so confident that they were going to sign immigration reform this year. But for the first time I am hearing that there is some doubt seeping in, that they think that maybe the House won’t act … The problem is there’s no trigger at the end of this year. … So I don’t know how this happens by the end of this year and suddenly now the White House doesn’t see a path to how this...

If you liked Obamacare, you're going to love the farce that is the immigration bill. It is, as with all things Obama, meaningless and entirely unenforceable. In short, it's crap. It is now common fare for Barack Obama to, at his whim, unilaterally alter laws passed by Congress. As it became obvious that Obamacare was going to be a major problem for democrats in the 2014 election, king obama waved his hand and waived the parts of the law that would adversely affect the election. Such are the indulgences incorporated in the legislation that were the immigration bill to become...

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid challenged House Republicans to forgo their own debate and pass the Senate’s immigration bill instead, telling Speaker John A. Boehner to ignore his Republican colleagues in order to get a bill done. In remarks kicking off Congress’ stretch run to its August summer vacation, Mr. Reid said the Senate’s 68-32 vote in late June to pass its immigration bill should be a beacon for the House. “Our responsibility didn’t end with that vote. Now it’s our responsibility to convince our colleagues in the House they should vote with us,” said Mr. Reid, Nevada Democrat.

According to Camarota and Zeigler: A new analysis of government data shows that all of the net gain in employment over the last 13 years has gone to immigrants (legal and illegal). From the first quarter of 2000 to the first quarter of 2013, the number of natives working actually fell by 1.3 million while the overall size of the working-age (16 to 65) native population increased by 16.4 million. Over the same time period, the number of immigrants working (legal and illegal) increased by 5.3 million. In addition to the decline in the number of natives working, there has...

Have you ever wished that errant journalists could get their noses rubbed in their own absurdities and outright falsehoods like puppy dogs who make a mess? Well, if you had been watching Meet The Press today then you would have seen Congressman Raul Labrador of Idaho do just that to the New York Times house "conservative" David Brooks who was slapped down not once but twice. As you can see in this video and below the fold, Brooks didn't learn his lesson after being slapped down by Labrador for uttering absurdities about the Senate immigration bill. Labrador was forced to...

President Barack Obama may be most linked to overhauling immigration policy, but on Wednesday, his predecessor, George W. Bush, will have a chance to weigh in on the issue. Bush will deliver opening remarks at a citizenship ceremony and immigration forum at his Dallas presidential center.

House Republicans aren’t feeling pressure to tackle comprehensive immigration reform — not from the Senate, not from the business and religious communities and not from the many GOP-aligned groups backing the effort. From Karl Rove to Jeb Bush to Grover Norquist, an array of Republican heavyweights have called on the House GOP to embrace immigration reform. -snip- At the behest of the Speaker , the House is taking a more deliberate, methodical approach to immigration reform than the Senate and will begin in earnest with a special meeting of the Republican Conference on July 10.

"The White House, they had been so confident they were going to sign immigration reform this year, for the first time I'm hearing that there is some doubt seeping in, that they think maybe the House won't act. What they need is, they need something to sort of force Boehner like at the last minute bring it to the floor the same way the fiscal cliff deal happened. The problem is there is no trigger at the end of the year, there isn't the end of this Congress there isn't this. So I don't know how this happens at the...

The White House, Washington Dear XXX: Thank you for writing. I have heard from many Americans who are concerned about immigration, and I appreciate your perspective. Americans are frustrated with our Nation’s broken immigration system, and I share that frustration. We need an immigration system that is fair and helps grow the middle class by ensuring everyone plays by the same rules. That is why I have proposed a commonsense plan that would continue to strengthen our borders; crack down on employers who knowingly hire undocumented workers; create a path to earned citizenship for immigrants here illegally that requires them...

Let's do a little thought exercise here. Imagine that some force was flooding an indigenous people's lands with millions of unassimilable foreigners, and it was understood that this influx would irretrievably change that land's culture and replace the population. What would anthropologists call this phenomenon? Cultural genocide comes to mind. Of course, in America we call it "immigration policy." Now, when King Edward I "Longshanks" said about dominating the Scots in the film Braveheart, "If we can't get them out, we'll breed them out," it was to be expected from an enemy of Scotland. And how should we characterize America's...

We can’t possibly expect our Senators to read a 1200 page bill before voting on it. Can we? Well Thank God Ted Cruz read it. Not only did Cruz read it but he schooled anyone who would listen from the Senate floor on Tuesday.

If you don’t think he’s terrified of the truth coming out via the Sheriff Joe Cold Case Posse and Mike Zullo’s investigation… THINK AGAIN!!!!! This Dictator and his band of socialist leg humpers are DESPERATE for a solution and they are trying to rush through legislation to cover his eligibility and other personal issues related to it.
