Are you sick and tired of the IRS? Do you owe back taxes? Do you want to be finished with all of the threatening phone calls? The fear, the terrorizing and intimidation? Well we have the answer for you! Just renounce your American citizenship and become an illegal alien! IRS Commissioner John Koskinen — a compassionate and understanding guy if there ever was one — testified last week that illegal aliens working illegally in the U.S. while living here illegally would be allowed extra refunds from the IRS for money they earned while working here. Illegally. These illegal aliens who...

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sees people from around the world attempting to cross into the U.S. illegally–and San Diego is no exception. Apprehensions of illegal aliens from countries other than Mexico surged last October, including foreign nationals from Ebola-affected countries, according to a source within CBP that spoke on condition of anonymity. One of those caught at the time sported a shirt that bore the name “Obama,” as shown in the above photo.

Fellow American, President Obama has promised that his immigration executive actions aren’t ‘amnesty.’ He claims that his actions are nothing but an attempt to refocus manpower towards dealing with real criminals. Apparently, crossing the border illegally isn’t a ‘real crime.’ The President promises to increase enforcement along the border, but all we’ve been seeing is more of the same catch-and-release tactics that get Americans killed. Don’t believe me? I’d like to introduce you to Apolinar Altamirano. This 29 year-old illegal alien has been in and out of police custody for years. In 2012, he was arrested and CONVICTED of burglary....

Ana Zamora, who came to the United States illegally, is among the 22 people selected to sit with First Lady Michelle Obama at tonight’s State of the Union address. This is an honor bestowed on people who provide a human face for the liberal agenda that President Obama will lay out. Ana is the face of Obama’s executive amnesty, which conservative Republicans call an affront to the U.S. Constitution.

PINAL COUNTY - An illegal immigrant is arrested in Pinal County and it's discovered he had gained access to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. On Thursday, Dec. 26, at 7 p.m., a Pinal County Sheriff's deputy stopped a 2006 Ford Expedition westbound on Interstate 10 near milepost 180 for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle identified himself, using an Arizona Identification Card, as 37-year old Armando Villalobos of Phoenix. The deputy did a routine license and warrant check. Villalobos returned with a "No License" status and a felony warrant for his arrest out of Texas. The warrant showed he...

by John Urban | TopRight News A potentially disastrous security breach by the Pentagon was discovered by sheriff's deputies during a routine traffic stop in Southern Arizona. Pinal County deputies stopped a 2006 Ford Expedition for a traffic violation. The Mexican national initially presented an Arizona Identification Card, in the name of Armando Villalobos of Phoenix. A records check revealed that not only did the illegal alien have no driver's license, but there were outstanding felony warrants for his arrest in Texas. The suspect eventually told the deputy that his real name was in fact Mario Bustamante, 37, and that he was in...

Many economists say no—but they may be too glib. The job news is increasingly good: 321,000 jobs created in November. Yet the national economic mood remains grimly bleak. Many Americans feel a sharp distinction between what’s said about “the” economy and what they experience in “their” economy. At the top of the income distribution, wages are rising. In the middle and bottom, wages stagnate. Jobs are created, yes—but native-born Americans are not hired for them. Last month, the Center for Immigration Studies released its latest jobs study. CIS, a research organization that tends to favor tight immigration policies, found that...

A pregnant woman who had recently traveled to Africa and was exhibiting Ebola-like symptoms prompted authorities at the Otay Mesa border crossing to summon a hazmat team and contact local and federal health officials, who determined she was suffering from influenza, a fire official said. The woman, whose name was withheld, was nauseous, vomiting and had a fever. It was determined that she had visited Nigeria, which is not one of the West African countries that experienced an Ebola outbreak, and that she was suffering from the flu, according to Amador. The woman was taken to a hospital to be...

Pencils moved quickly as roughly 20 undocumented immigrants raced to identify eight road signs drawn on a white board during a driver education class held at the Graton Day Labor Center earlier this week. While most were familiar with the signs warning of merging lanes or forbidding U-turns, the 10 questions that class instructor Jo Anne Cohn read out loud stumped them. “This is difficult for a lot of people,” Cohn said in Spanish to her students. She encouraged them to continue studying to avoid failing the test and having to go back to the Department of Motor Vehicles. “If...

Has anyone known of anybody being deported? In all my time in CA I have never heard of anyone being deported other than for a criminal offense or after having served time for a criminal offense. Even when stopped for misdemeanor offenses, they are always let go. I have heard of people returning home to Mexico to visit and being unable to get back across the border, but I have never heard of an otherwise law abiding illegal being deported. You would think if people were being ripped from their homes and being deported, as the Dems make it seem,...

What if the illegals left? Somebody really did their homework on this one. Best on the subject to present date. What if 20 Million Illegal Aliens Vacated America? I, Tina Griego, journalist for the Denver Rocky Mountain News wrote a column titled, "Mexican Visitor's Lament." I interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting Denver last week. Hernandez said, "Illegal aliens pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes. What happens to your country's economy if 20 million people go away?" Hmmm, I thought, what would happen? So I did my due diligence, buried my nose as a reporter into the FACTS I...

Obama will keep his walls and open our borders. For some Americans this will mean death from disease and at the hands of illegal-alien criminals, but Obama doesn't care A well known phenomenon in the animal kingdom is that when taking over a new pride, a lion will sometimes kill all the cubs. We don’t know exactly what kind of feeling drives him in this bloody act, but there’s obviously a lack of attachment. Suffice it to say the problem can be summed up thus: it’s not his family. America’s pride is falling. And few things illustrate this better than...

Few were as excited about Election Day as Moises Herrera. He did not run for office. He cannot even vote. But reaching Tuesday’s election, he hopes, will set in motion actions that will allow him to stay in the country. “It’s the great hope,” Herrera, a 36-year-old father of four, said in an interview on Election Day, days after immigration officials released him. “There are many, many people in that jail, and they are waiting for that day.” In Massachusetts, Herrera was at constant risk of deportation. In 2011, after a traffic stop in Everett, he was jailed and deported,...

... Shaheen, when asked by Breitbart News about a recent study from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) that found 71 percent of all New Hampshire jobs since 2000 have gone to both legal and illegal aliens rather than New Hampshire citizens, ducked for cover. “My understanding is that’s a study sponsored by a right-wing organization,” she replied. When Breitbart News noted that the study is based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau and other government sources—and includes no data from non-governmental sources—her communications director Harrell Kirsten abruptly called an end to the press conference inside the local Democratic...

Marcelo Marquez allegedly shot and killed a Sacramento County Sheriff's Deputy and a Placer County Sheriff's Deputy, and also allegedly shot and wounded a second Placer County deputy and a civilian on Friday. On Saturday, authorities revealed that the suspect -- real name, Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte -- had already been deported twice from the United States. According to Sacramento's KCRA, he was "sent back in to Mexico in 1997 and again in 2001." The 1997 deportation was the result of "conviction in Arizona...on charges of possession of narcotics for sale." He was arrested stateside in 2001 as well.

Mayor Bill de Blasio is asking his health policy team to formulate a plan for how the administration can better reach immigrant communities and connect them to health care. Led by Lilliam Barrios-Paoli, the deputy mayor for health and human services, the new working group will submit a list of recommendations in the coming months, outlining a plan to better reach immigrants—both documented and undocumented—who are not eligible for traditional health care options like Medicaid and Medicare, nor insurance plans available through the Affordable Care Act.

Some important definitions that are all too often avoided in polite conversation when we consider what to do about those who continue to enter the United States illegally. These different terminologies matter a great deal when discussing this very important subject - Immigrant: Person who legally enters the host country and demonstrates a sincere desire to join the society, contributing to and assimilating from cultural aspects thereof, including language, political morality [viz. embracing freedom], music, food, clothing, religion, family traditions, sex roles, etc. Such persons are invested in the host country’s future. They are thusly resolved to adapt and further...

Last night at an immigration activist dinner in Washington DC Obama took his shameless pandering and tenuous hold on reality to new despicable depths. Speaking before the mostly Latino crowd, the President actually said his best definition of an American is someone who enters this country illegally and leaches off the hard work of others. Obama got the crowd warmed up by speaking a little Spanish and telling them he rode to the event with two illegal aliens in his limo. Amid the current Secret Service scandal, you have to wonder how illegal aliens get vetted so they can party...

Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) said Wednesday that any distinction between illegal immigrants and those who obey U.S. laws and enter the country legally “doesn't exist.” CNSNews asked the Arizona Democrat, who supports a movement by a growing number of churches to provide sanctuary for illegal aliens facing deportation, what he would say to those who entered the U.S. legally. "That the issue here is about family," Grijalva replied. "That the issue here is that the people that are seeking the support and the protection of sanctuary are people that are hard-working, families, blended family many times, with citizens and children,...

Barack Obama's Defense Department on Thursday announced its plan to recruit illegal aliens, who they admit are undocumented, to join the United States Armed Forces, according to a statement released by the Pentagon. Critics are unhappy with this latest announcement, with some claiming the American armed services will become more like the French Foreign Legion, which historically allow fugitives from justice and others to join up with no required documentation. ... What are they trying to so in this administration? Turn our excellent military into a knock-off of the French Foreign Legion? Obama, who has never been anything more than...
