Post See new posts Conversation Miranda Devine @mirandadevine BREAKING 🚨 Georges Bergès, Hunter Biden’s art gallerist has told @GOPoversight that he never had any communication with the White House about a so-called “ethics agreement” governing the sale of Hunter Biden’s art. It was a sham. “The Biden White House appears to have deceived the American people,” says Chairman James Comer. “Hunter Biden’s amateur art career is an ethics nightmare. The vast majority of Hunter Biden’s art has been purchased by Democrat donors, one of whom was appointed by President Biden to a prestigious commission after she purchased Hunter Biden’s art...

On Tuesday, the House Oversight Committee learned in testimony from the owner of Hunter Biden’s art gallery that a majority of the first son’s artwork was purchased by Joe Biden’s Democratic donors. The art gallery owner—Georges Bergès—also told the committee that he never communicated with the White House about the supposed ethics agreement that the Biden Administration previously claimed was governing Hunter Biden’s “work within his profession,” which included his art career.“The Biden White House appears to have deceived the American people about facilitating an ethics agreement governing the sale of Hunter Biden’s art. Hunter Biden’s gallerist never had any communication...

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley on Friday wouldn’t rule out pardoning first son Hunter Biden if he’s convicted and she’s elected to the White House. snip “Let’s wait and see what the charges are. But at this point you have to go and look at every case individually. And I don’t think it’s responsible just to throw out whether you would do something like that on someone’s son when we don’t know all the details of that issue.”

A lawyer just registered as a foreign agent for work he conducted eight years ago for Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, when Hunter Biden was on the board. The disclosure raises questions about whether Hunter Biden could face FARA charges in the future that could complicate his father President Joe Biden's re-election run. The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) requires law firms and lobbyists to disclose work representing the interests of foreign clients.

They sold America, the greatest nation on Earth, for next to nothing because that’s what they believe it’s worth. The Ukrainian energy company Burisma paid Mr. Hunter Biden up to a million dollars a year! Wow! It seems like a lot of money. But what were the Bidens selling? Not Hunter’s expertise in, say, energy, economics, international law, Ukrainian culture, or actually anything that he could do on his own. They were paying him because of his proximity to his father, President Joseph Robinette Biden. The Bidens were selling the greatest country on Earth. And this is, to me, perhaps...

For weeks, the American people have been relatively silent as they digested these ongoing catastrophes. But at some point, their patience will run out. At the end of the year, we are on the razor’s edge of many things that soon may blow up. Americans are far beyond President Joe Biden’s serial untruths of some eight years that he never discussed Hunter Biden’s various get-rich-quick schemes. All were predicated on the perception of foreign interests purchasing from the Biden family the influence of then-senator, vice president, and possibly soon-to-be President Joe Biden. The Bidens now risk exposure to criminal charges...

Since the start of 2023, Republicans have been investigating Joe Biden over his alleged connections to his son Hunter's extremely lucrative multi-million dollar influence peddling scheme spanning decades. In December, Republicans voted to formalize their ongoing impeachment inquiry because they believe it will force the administration to turn over documents and provide witness testimony after months of stonewalling. They are working toward building up enough evidence to show Joe was involved in Hunter's dealings in order to hold a formal impeachment vote in the House in 2024. GOP investigators are also examining how the Biden Justice Department has allegedly slow...

OPINION: President Biden’s Dec. 6 “bunch of lies” denial on interacting with his son Hunter’s money men is a reminder of the most significant disclosure in the family’s influence-peddling saga. Hunter himself put his dad squarely in the middle of the Biden clan’s foreign cash haul. It happened on July 30, 2017, when Hunter was staying at Dad’s Delaware home, and Joe was in the early days of his post-vice presidency. Hunter, desperate for a new money infusion from CEFC China Energy and its chairman, Ye Jianming, went on WhatsApp instant messaging to berate executive Raymond Zhao. Hunter threatened that...

FIRST ON FOX: The former assistant U.S. attorney who allegedly worked to ‘limit’ questions about Joe Biden denied that politics played a role in the Hunter Biden investigation during her interview at the House Judiciary Committee, according to a transcript reviewed by Fox News Digital. Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf, though, testified that she would "not be permitted to answer most of the questions you have for me" due to the ongoing nature of the federal criminal investigation into the first son. Wolf, who recently left the Justice Department—a decision that "long predated" allegations against her, was subpoenaed by...

Just a fun video (with unbiased commentary) that reeks of Democrat hypocrisy. Lots of old familiar faces....

Where is Hunter Biden? That’s the burning question at the moment, especially after his bizarre press conference where he declined to testify before Congress. Now, it’s likely he’ll be held in contempt. After all, Democrats have consistently maintained that ignoring a Congressional subpoena is an offense worthy of jail time. ... The good news, courtesy of Fox News reporter Peter Doocy, is that we now know Hunter Biden’s whereabouts: he’s at the White House. This revelation should make it easier for Republicans to have him arrested. Could we see the feds raiding the White House to apprehend an actual criminal,...

House Republicans are taking aim at the White House after President Biden's son, Hunter Biden, was left off the Marine One passenger list following a longstanding tradition of omitting him from other records such as its visitor logs. "The White House may not have helped that the president is keeping far away from Hunter's local woes," Fox News White House correspondent Jacqui Heinrich reported Tuesday. "We were all just watching the First Family's return from Delaware on Marine One, and my colleague Peter Doocy noticed someone hop off the chopper who was not on the passenger list the White House...

Below is my column in The Hill on the bizarre scene last week in front of the Capitol when Rep. Eric Swalwell drove up with Hunter Biden and facilitated a flagrant act of contempt of Congress, a federal crime. Swalwell used his office and presumably his staff to assist in the defiance of a valid subpoena for Hunter to appear before a House committee. The House will now presumably hold Hunter in contempt and refer the matter for prosecution. The question is what to do with Eric Swalwell. Here is the column: This week, millions of people were glued to...

Life comes at you fast, they say. Hunter and Joe Biden are finding that out. Former Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf has some explaining to do after being accused of interfering with a federal investigation of Hunter Biden. Wolf was the target of several accusations made by an IRS whistleblower, Gary Shapley. The Justice Department (DOJ) ex-official was subpoenaed in November by the House Judiciary Committee to address Shapley’s allegations that she “limited” investigators’ questioning of witnesses, blocked a search warrant for Hunter Biden’s place of residence in 2020, and tipped off Joe Biden’s son’s legal team that a search...

Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, is relying on Second Amendment arguments that his father once slammed as “deeply” troubling to escape conviction on gun crimes. On Monday, attorneys for the president’s son filed a series of motions to dismiss federal charges handed down by Special Counsel David Weiss. Among the charges Biden’s attorneys want thrown out are firearm charges that were filed on the basis of Hunter Biden purchasing a gun as a drug addict. Hunter Biden’s initial sweetheart plea agreement — which was derailed this summer after it fell apart in court — would have forgiven the felony firearm conviction...

Congress is often a theater of the absurd, from Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) pulling a fire alarm before a major vote to.. none of that compares to what unfolded on Wednesday as Hunter Biden stood outside Congress and defied a subpoena as being "beyond the absurd." What happens next could be even more bizarre. Hunter was under a subpoena from the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability to appear for testimony. As I previously wrote, he had two choices: He could appear and either testify or invoke his right to remain silent. The only thing that he could not do...

The Washington Post editorial board admitted that the Justice Department has a "strong criminal case" against Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden's son, and argued that Hunter's involvement in Burisma was a scandal. "The Justice Department has strong criminal cases against Hunter Biden for allegedly failing to pay federal taxes, claiming false deductions and lying about his drug use on paperwork to buy a gun," the editorial board argued. "Congress, by contrast, lacks any reasonable basis for moving forward with impeachment against President Biden over his son’s dubious business dealings and personal conduct." The editorial board criticized Hunter for his involvement...

Former high-ranking FBI official Charles McGonigal started tearing up Thursday as he was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison for colluding with a Russian oligarch to evade US sanctions. McGonigal, 55, was ordered to surrender by Feb. 26, 2024, made to serve three years of supervised release following his time behind bars, and was fined $40,000. After he exited the courthouse, McGonigal told onlookers, “Happy holidays.” McGonigal, who helmed the FBI’s counterintelligence division in New York from 2016 to 2018, pleaded guilty to the charge back in August. “[McGonigal] well knew his actions violated those sanctions,” Manhattan federal judge...

President Joe Biden, 81, is reportedly triggered by White House aides who warn of Hunter Biden’s legal chaos during the president’s 2024 reelection bid. Joe Biden, who many say has a short temper, appears dogmatically impacted by the House impeachment inquiry into his family’s business activities, which appear to implicate him, according to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), who recently pointed to six concerns about the Bidens’ dealings: Biden family members and Biden business-linked entities received more than $15 million from individuals in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and China. Joe Biden spoke with Hunter Biden’s business associates at least 22...
