(CNSNews.com) - The federally chartered Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) has approved a $28.6 million direct loan to a high-tech wind power company in the Central American country of Honduras. ALBION, NY - A 24-year old illegal immigrant from Honduras pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder Wednesday in Orleans County Court. According to Orleans County District Attorney Joseph Cardone, Luis Rodriguez-Flamenco will face 25 years to life behind bars for his role in the murder of 45-year old Dr. Kathleen Byham, with no promise as to what his sentence will be. Dr. Byham was shopping at WalMart in Albion in October of 2011 when Rodriguez-Flamenco approached her in the parking lot, and stabbed her to death. Sandra Lee Miller, 41, is the wife of a Justice of the Peace, and has recently run for public office herself. She has been charged with bringing in and harboring illegal immigrants.
