    A Fulton County Grand Jury returned an indictment Wednesday against a former WNBA star and Olympic gold medalist for an alleged November attack against an ex-girlfriend. Chamique Holdsclaw, 35, of Smyrna, faces six charges for the Nov. 13 incident, including two counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage in the first degree, two counts of criminal damage in the second degree and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said.

    ATLANTA -- Former WNBA star Chamique Holdsclaw is in custody after being accused of shooting into a woman's car after using a bat to break its windows. Atlanta police said Thursday the incident happened Tuesday after the Olympic gold medalist followed 29-year-old Jennifer Lacy to her car. Lacy plays for the Tulsa Shock.
