Monroe County Judge Mark Pazuhanich openly cried Thursday when a minor offered a description of what happened at a concert in Wilkes-Barre last November. Pazuhanich was emotional as he faced his accusers in Luzerne County Thursday and a judge said the case will go to trial. The Monroe County judge showed up in Wilkes Barre for a hearing on the charges against him.
