Let's face it, Donald Trump feuding with someone is hardly shocking. But that doesn't stop the Republican supporter from pointing the finger at somebody when duty calls. So who's the entrepreneur yellin' at now? Jon Stewart is facing the real estate mogul's wrath after making what Trump calls a "racist rant" about Herman Cain on The Daily Show. The comedian commented on the Republican presidential candidate's confusing reply to reports that he faced sexual harassment charges during the 1990s, joking that it was like responding to the question, "Have you ever kidnapped a baby?" with the response, "No. Well, other...

President Clinton is doing his clever best, but Cain comes along out of the audience and schools him but good. This is a must see. Sorry if it's been posted before but this is worth a repeat, if so. This is why Herman Cain would be a great President right here! Bill, better put some ice on that.

Thus far, I've made no attempts at maintaining any sort of unbiased approach in my comments vis-à-vis the Republican field of presidential hopefuls. I have declared myself for Herman Cain. With the possible exception of Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain in my opinion, is the smartest person vying for the nations highest office on either side of the political spectrum, by a mile! I would like to see Herman Cain as president and Newt Gingrich as his Chief of Staff, in an advisory role, where Mr. Gingrich's impressive breadth of political savvy could be best employed. With Congressman Marco Rubio (R-FL)...

Herman Cain has raised more than $3 million in the month of October, campaign strategist Mark Block told CNN. Continue Reading "It’s over $3 million," Block said in an interview with Erin Burnett. "We’re well over 65,000 [donors.] So we’ve actually doubled in little over a month. That’s what we’re seeing in our grassroots activism growth and obviously in the YouTube thing." The "YouTube thing" refers, of course, to this. Cain's $3 million intake is more than he raised in the whole third quarter of the year, and gives him resources to spring for paid media and step up his...

"In the early part of the 20th century, when Jewish entertainers like Al Jolson would toss Yiddish references to gedaempfte Rinderbrust (beef brisket) and the like into their routines, it was widely seen as an expression not of anti-Semitic baiting, but as a cocky sort of pride. Yes, the performers were intentionally making a point of their ethnicity, but it was in the form of a shout-out to the Jews in their audience, not as a wink to their would-be persecutors."

Lots of buzz about this among political junkies on Twitter tonight, mostly of the so-bad-it’s-good variety. Is the image of this guy taking a soothing drag on camera after 40 seconds of ad-tastic exertion really that strange and transgressive? Cain’s campaign is all about unapologetic populist authenticity, and there’s nothing more unapologetically, authentically populist than defiantly lighting one up when the mood strikes, politesse be damned. As the man says, “We’ve run a campaign like nobody’s ever seen.” If you’ve got a problem with casual smoking during presidential spots, well, that only proves what an uptight establishment RINO you really...

While I don’t believe Cain is one of them, there are those who claim pro-life status while also maintaining that abortion shouldn’t be criminalized. They use the “I’m personally opposed to abortion but wouldn’t impose that belief on others” argument popularized by former New York governor Mario Cuomo in a famous 1984 Notre Dame University speech. But it cuts no ice. When you advocate allowing the choice to have an abortion, it is by definition the pro-choice position. The reality is that being “personally opposed” to abortion doesn’t make one unique. There are no politicians campaigning to resurrect the Inca...

Out of all the possible reactions to the new conservative cartoon, “The Les Dowrey Show,” there is one thing that I never saw coming- the race card. Don’t get me wrong, I know it’s the liberal’s favorite trump card to play for anything and everything, but never in my wildest imaginations did I think I would be called a racist. Then again, imagine how Herman Cain must feel. In the second episode of the show, Les Dowrey goes to the scene of the occupy Wall Street protests only to discover the stinky unemployed hippy protest is really a zombie outbreak....

In November of 2010 in Don’t be VAT stupid Herman Cain writes: ``A national retail sales tax on top of all the confusing and unfair taxes we have today is insane! It gives the out-of-control bureaucrats and politicians in denial one more tool to lie, deceive, manipulate and destroy this country.`` The fact is, Herman is now proposing a new tax, a national retail sales tax, in addition to taxing corporate profits and incomes, and also would tax the wages working people earn. Herman Cain essentially admitted in the above mentioned article his existing plan is ``insane!`` So, why do...

SEE: Cain Adds to ‘9-9-9’ Plan, Angering Unions Taking aim at minimum wage laws, union protections, and even local building codes, Herman Cain has put the finishing touches on the last missing piece of his signature “9-9-9†plan – an elaborate proposal to create “opportunity zones†in inner-city America that the GOP presidential candidate will unveil during a major campaign appearance in Detroit on Friday morning. The first thing to note is how FoxNews immediately attempts to frame and limit the discussion, i.e., Herman Cain vs. those evil Unions. But why are unions now considered to be “evil Is it...

Sorry the vanity, but I need help understanding the 999 plan. Since every thing I read tells me a national sales tax is really a VAT tax..can the plan be changed to a national sales tax on corporations only? Then add into law it can only be increased with a 2/3 majority. I am in no way an economist but I think 27% total tax is still way lower than what business is paying now...And in theory this would be something even the left would have to get behind..They asked for the rich to pay their share and this (in...

Whether Herman Cain’s surge in the polls is temporary or has staying power, he’s enjoying a big enough bounce to take a very slight lead over President Obama in a hypothetical 2012 matchup. At the moment, the Georgia businessman is the only Republican with a lead of any kind over Obama, although former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney has held a similar advantage several times and is currently trailing the president by just two points. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely U.S. Voters shows Cain attracting 43% support, while Obama earns 41%.

Why Cain? According to our new NBC/WSJ poll, Herman Cain now leads the Republican presidential field, getting 27% among GOP primary voters -- followed by Mitt Romney at 23%, Rick Perry at 16%, and Ron Paul at 11%. But why Cain? Our NBC/WSJ co-pollsters conducted follow-up interviews with Cain supporters and found two typical answers: 1) he’s not a politician, and 2) he’s real. “Cain is a good guy and so real,” said a male respondent from New Jersey. “Cain gives direct answers. He is succinct. He isn’t a politician,” added a male respondent from Washington. “He is plain-spoken and...

"Some pundits have questioned Cain's choice to embark on a book tour while his campaign has so much momentum. Cain said Wednesday that he can do both, sign books and politick. He noted that his name recognition is still only around 50 percent. His book, This is Herman Cain, and accompanying tour will help raise that number, he said."

I just shook Herman Cain's hand at his book signing in College Station, TX. I know, I know, 'and you had to run post a vanity about it ...' YES I DID! I'm stoked!

This is a question, not an assertion. South Carolina has an open primary, meaning Democrats can vote in the "Republican" primary. In 2008, this helped cause the McCain disaster, and everyone I've encountered seems convinced this will mean the Democrats help elect a RINO Republican, especially since there will not be a competitive Democrat primary. But will they? A strong majority of South Carolina Democrats are black. While Democrat-leaning voters make up only 40% of South Carolina voters, 30% of South Carolina citizens are black, and nearly all of them are Democrats. So by my calculations, nearly 3/4ths of South...

In a severe embarrassment for the Republican presidential frontrunner, businessman Herman Cain tripped up Gov. Rick Perry in a straw ballot of Florida Republican activists Saturday. The vote has no bearing on the choice of a 2012 nominee but, along with recent campaign events, is likely to increase the chances that the Republican presidential contest will tighten. It comes on the heels of a poor performance by Perry in a Florida debate Thursday night that disappointed conservatives, including delegates who came to Orlando expecting to back the Texas governor. Cain received 37% of the vote, more than twice as many...

The Hill: Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain said he would “be dead” if “ObamaCare” had been in place when he was diagnosed with cancer. Speaking at a campaign event Thursday in Lexington, S.C., the former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza said President Obama’s healthcare plan would have limited his choice of doctors and prevented him from getting necessary medical testing in a timely manner. “If ObamaCare had been fully implemented when I caught cancer, I’d be dead,” Cain said
