I'm all for Ralph Nader running again. I'd love for Howard Dean to get fed up or some other Democrat to get fed up with Obama and I'd love for a third party of Democrats and liberals to establish itself. I want all kinds of liberals to line and up run in third parties. That's how we weaken their side. As for our side, the focus must be to take back the Republican Party. That's the way you win. You can draw attention to yourself by denouncing both parties at the same time, and you can think that you're relating...

The first thing one must understand about the global warming agenda is that it has nothing to do with saving the earth from destruction and although there is validity in the science of climate change for the study of cyclical patterns in weather and temperature, the theory that the earth is being destroyed by man made greenhouse gases is pure nonsense. The recent "Climategate" scandal in the global warming community has shown that. They have been manipulating data for years in order to advance their theory and ignoring any science that says different. What they have been very successful in...

Israel is one of those anti-Islamic nations that are not quite happy with US President Barack Obamas overtures towards Iran and Islamic world. Against all odds, Obama has made many overtures to Iran. He abandoned Washington's demand that Tehran give up uranium enrichment altogether, which had been a precondition to negotiations under his predecessor, George W. Bush. In a video message to the Iranian people coinciding with the festival of Nowruz, which marks the beginning of the Iranian New Year, Obama spoke of the great civilizing achievements of the Persian nation. He has also admitted to historical mistakes, such as...

Gay unions and homosexuality is a perversion of natural law and of the institutions that bond men, woman, family, and society together in a positive functioning unit that nations are built upon. These delicate God given bonds enable a nation of people to unite and stand up for the good of the nation against those who wish to impose their will, choices, and life-styles on the nation in order to corrupt it, control it, or destroy it. People who wish to undermine, control, or destroy the social bonds that hold a nation together in peace, love, truth, and harmony (as...

Obama might just be a big blow-hard because it appears that he does not know how to fight and win a war whether in Afghanistan or here at home. I do not believe Obama wants to win any war because, if he wanted to win, he would avoid a war of attrition/population control, like vietnam, by sending enough troops to crush the enemy as fast as possible, thus, saving innumerable lives. Instead, Obama talks out three sides of where his sun don't shine: his Secular, Muslim, and Christian sides to appease deluded morons.... Obama does not listen to anyone we...

An interesting comment from CPR: I can't speak for all white people, but I think white people want the Magic Negro because they want forgiveness. Obama's election and some of the incredibly weird things I heard some white people say about it made me realize that there is a fundamental injury that all americans carry with them (slavery and its aftermath) that has never been addressed adequately, and on the white side of the street, there is more unexplored/unexpressed guilt (which morphs into defensiveness or fear pretty easily) than I ever would have guessed. So in an archetypal way, the...

Here is a list of 2012 candidates. Generally, I am dwelling on the negatives as this is what is going to limit them in their ability to win but will mention any unique positives. Please share your thoughts on these or any other potential candidates. Romney - Romneycare is an albatross. He is a Mormon which impacts appeal. Is popular in Michigan due to his father. Sometimes comes across like a used car salesman. Is probably more conservative than his record and gets a bad rap due to his need to make compromises to get elected in The People's Republic....

First of all, I want it to be known I support the President's decision to send 30,000 more troops into Afghanistan. I also favor his reasons for doing so, denying al-Qaida a safe haven, reverse the Taliban's momentum, strengthen the capacity of the Afghan security forces and government and securing key population centers. What I don't support is the issuing of a time line on withdrawing the troops and trying to deflect blame to the Bush Administration as the reason for escalating the conflict. This is your war now Mr.President, your generals and your plans. This new strategy comes on...

I am wondering if this scenario makes any sense. Say you are one of the liberal presidents, prime ministers, Governors, Rulers, or Commanders... etc of the many "developed" countries around the world.

A German court put John Demjanjuk on trial Monday to face charges of being an accessory to the murder of 27,900 Jews at a Nazi death camp, and his lawyer immediately accused the court of bias. The 89-year-old retired Ohio autoworker arrived at the opening of the trial in a wheelchair to face the final chapter of some 30 years of efforts to prosecute him, wearing a navy baseball cap and covered in a light blue blanket. After the first 90-minute session, Demjanjuk was returned to the courtroom lying flat on his back on a gurney, covered in blankets. Doctors...

It's time. No, I am not some crazy fringe lunatic. I am one of the most law abiding citizens around. I don't even have any moving traffic violations ever, in 40 years of driving, only a ticket once in college for an unnoticed (by me) expired inspection sticker. Never drank, never smoked, never tried drugs. I am the LAST person anyone would expect to say NO, NO MORE, NO WAY!!! But it's time. I served my country voluntarily for 31 years, and did my level best to give back to the Army and my soldiers more than they gave me....

The Next 7 Millions Jobs That Will Be LostNovember 17, 2009 The hype is that the "recession is over." Has anyone touting this line actually walked around the real world? The next 7 million jobs to be lost are already in the pipeline. The divergence between the reality easily observed in the real world and the heavily touted hype that "the recession is over because GDP rose 3.5%" is growing. It's obvious that another 7 million jobs which are currently hanging by threads will be slashed in the next year or two. According to the latest Employment Situation Summary (Bureau...

Just as in the Rime Of The Ancient Mariner, Obama has shot the albatross and it will be a curse upon the Democrats for 2010 and into the 2012 election. The albatross is a bird of the sea that is accustomed to following sailing ships. Sailors consider them good luck. In the poem, the Mariner shoots the albatross with a cross bow and kills it. The sailors fearing a curse upon them force the mariner to wear the albatross around his neck in hopes of warding off a curse of impending disaster. It fails and they are doomed. They all...

According to White House Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, the President was busy with other matters last night and wasn't really concerned with election results. Although one would find that hard to believe, in Obama's case it might be true. He has shown a remarkable ability to ignore events that surround him, tea parties, town halls, Afghanistan, to name a few. It's amazing how the Administration can wave off important events effecting the country in the same manner that Obama swatted a fly during an interview. Nonchalantly dismissing anything that doesn't go their way as unimportant. Truth be known, Obama's ego...

The drama unfolds slowly at first. First-term (anti-bailout candidate) Democrat Alan Grayson questions Elizabeth Coleman, Inspector General of the Federal Reserve. The issue is oversight of the Fed's balance sheet, and the potential multi-trillion dollar loss that would be borne by you. If watching the clip sends you into an apoplectic seizure as it does to me, then please help. We need millions of Americans to become aware of the Fed and its abuses. Monetization of the national debt is occurring daily (quantitative easing), as Bernanke simply creates credit and purchases Treasuries. And we haven't even begun to discuss the...

will endeavor to continue to give you the simple courtesy of speaking honestly, plainly and sympathetically -- not for my political future but to win the future for America. But here is an outline for a 21st Century program of patriotic immigration which, I believe, will lead to secure borders: CONTROL THE BORDER FIRST. No nation in an age of terrorism can afford to have inadequately controlled borders with millions crossing illegally at will. We need to commit the necessary resources at all the borders, including the coasts, for national security reasons. That would mean more border agents and more...

Anyone who doubts Sarah Palin as an up and coming major player on the political scene better find a doctor for a reality check. Her endorsement of Conservative Doug Hoffman in the New York 23rd Congressional District special election has caught the attention of thousands who are now donating to his campaign and pledging support. Hoffman, who is running as a third party candidate against Republican, Dede Scozzafava and Democrat, Bill Owens, is a Republican himself but had to enter the race on a third party ticket since their was no primary for the special election. Had there been one...

Doug Hoffman pledged to help Dede Scozzafava in an e-mail sent two days after the Republican Party passed over the Lake Placid accountant for the nomination. The e-mail, sent from Mr. Hoffman's business account on July 24 and provided by the Scozzafava campaign, states in full: "Hi Dede, Congratulations and the best of luck in your candidacy. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Doug." This is contrary to what Mr. Hoffman, who is now running against Ms. Scozzafava as a Conservative candidate, told me less than two weeks later.
-
Sarah Palin's endorsement of Conservative, Doug Hoffman, in the upstate New York Senate Race over Republican Dede Scozzafava who is backed by Newt Gingrich, is a clear example of the present problem facing the Republican Party. Scozzafava is a Republican in name only. She votes like a liberal, stands for big government, abortion rights, and even supports laws to make it easier for unions to organize private business. So why would Newt Gingrich support her? According to Newt, if you want to take back Congress from the Democrats, then you need to accept Republican candidates who may not fully conform...

For immediate release. As you know, I am one that is sick of scammers of this world. From global warming, to the very laws that control the people. However, one scam is starting to stick out right now.

Free Republic LLC. has viewers, in which only seems to be run by one or two people. The donations on that site are enormous, but the costs just do not add up. We at the SCWXA use about 5% of our server's bandwidth and do not need over $20,000 monthly. It seems owner Jim Robinson is scamming the viewers by using the country's issues on hand, to make money.

I'm not saying this is the way it should go, but for me, it went bourbon as a young man, irish whisky as the taste developed, and then nestled into the scotch as the palate matured and settled down to a sipping type restraint. Glenmorangie as the everyday benchmark, Laiphroaig for the smoky flavor, and Lagavulin for the best of that.

What type of bourbon do you like to drink? Me? Ancient Age over the rocks.

Obama birthplace lawyer can be handful for the judges hearing her cases. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter has been presiding patiently over Mission Viejo lawyer Orly Taitz's effort to oust Barack Obama from the presidency on the allegation that he was born in Kenya. Carter's kept his cool while Taitz failed to serve Obama's lawyer with her complaint, attempted (and failed) to dismiss two of her clients, attempted (and failed) to have a magistrate judge removed, and attempted (and failed) to have a witness testify during an administrative hearing. She also had 40 to 100 of her supporters call...

Wednesday, October 14, 2009 This video excerpt from the movie Dr. Strangelove came to mind when reading the news about our Secretary of State at the conference table with Russia. It helps to emphasise the absurdity in which they conduct foreign policy and continue to weaken the country's national security. Hilliary Clinton and President Obama have agreed to let the Russians see the "big board." According to a Fox News report, Russia and the United States have tentatively agreed to a weapons inspection program that would allow Russians to visit nuclear sites in America to count missiles and warheads. New guidance has been issued to clarify the law on assisted suicide in England and Wales - but it offers no guarantees against prosecution.Instead the Director of Public Prosecutions has spelled out the range of factors that will be taken into account when deciding on cases. "I think the new guidelines are a breakthrough, as it gives people the knowledge when and where they're going wrong and when...

Normally that title is reserved for the man in the Oval Office but that all changed this past Wednesday when Alan Grayson used his time on the floor of the House to offer up a "cute" presentation, complete with placards describing the three step Republican health plan. According to Grayson, the Republican plan is as follows: 1. Don't get sick. 2. If you do get sick... 3. Die quickly. According to him this is all he's heard from the Republican side of the argument. No alternate plan or suggestions. Alan has either been asleep or simply wasn't listening all summer...

This site will always support and honor our men and women in the military and express gratitude to those who serve, both past and present, those living and those who have past. To the brave who have survived and to the ones who have given life and limb in defense of this country. To feel differently would be to ignore and belittle those who are the backbone of our freedom. Yet, sadly, this is exactly what our President, Barack Obama has done to those members of the WWII era, Alaskan Territorial Guard. (ATG) As incredible and insensitive as this sounds,...

A German trucker suspected of driving under the influence of drugs crashed his vehicle near Bors in western Sweden on Tuesday. He subsequently admitted to masturbating at the time of the accident. The trucker, apparently unable to reach a satisfactory climax, then proceeded to continue to pleasure himself while in the midst of a police interrogation, according to the local Bors Tidning newspaper. "He was masturbating while the police interrogated him," police prosecutor sa Askenbck told the newspaper. "He has admitted that he was not paying full attention at the time of the accident. (Reuters) - The White House kept insurance companies squarely in its sights Tuesday in the push for health care reform by releasing research showing that health insurance premiums have risen far faster than inflation in every U.S. State. If that research was funded by the taxpayers, (Reuters did not mention the source), then it was another waste of public funds. Who in their right mind would have thought they went down? Apparently in the health care wars it's alright for the White House to release an official report on insurance premiums, the sole purpose of which is to discredit the...

Perhaps the most notable thing about the Sovereignty or Secession rally at the state Capitol on Monday was the absence of any remotely mainstream speakers. That little problem in presentation did not escape the events organizers from the Texas Nationalist Movement. In fact, several speakers bitterly complained that neither Gov. Rick Perry nor a single one of the 70-plus supporters of Rep. Brandon Creightons HCR 50, a resolution asserting Texas sovereignty from the federal government, made an appearance. Back in April, Perry flirted with the idea of secession when he told reporters after a Tax Day tea party event: Theres...

Course Description 21H.001, a HASS-D, CI course, explores fundamental questions about the causes and nature of revolutions. How do people overthrow their rulers? How do they establish new governments? Do radical upheavals require bloodshed, violence, or even terror? How have revolutionaries attempted to establish their ideals and realize their goals? We will look at a set of major political transformations throughout the world and across centuries to understand the meaning of revolution and evaluate its impact. By the end of the course, students will be able to offer reasons why some revolutions succeed and others fail. Materials for the course...

Four contenders vying for the opportunity to challenge David Wu in Oregons first congressional district spoke before Labor Days Tax Referral Tea Party. As the event agenda was closely choreographed each contender was instructed to prepare for no more than three minutes of speaking time not an easy task. How these contenders treated that limitation may tell us something about how they would represent the interests of Oregons first congressional district. Using the candidates treatment of the limitation as a yardstick, Doug Keller presented the best management, Rob Cornilles didnt.

http://mitworld.mit.edu/video/594 About the Lecture Dont believe everything you learn in business school, cautions Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen. Its the principles of good management we teach that cause successful companies to fail. In this meaty lecture, Christensen distills several books worth of research describing how business leaders sometimes metamorphose into losers when confronted with market-rocking innovations. He also reveals how we may harness his insights in such socially significant and complex industries as health care. Christensen distinguishes between the kind of sustained and incremental technological improvements that help a market leader retain its edge, and disruptive technology, where a...

Image via Wikipedia Did Andree Mcleod apply for a government position with the Palin Administration in Alaska and receive a rejection notice? Or somewhere in the past did Sarah steal an old boyfriend from her? Something has put a serious weed up her rear end when it comes to her fixation on trying to get Sarah. It would almost be funny if it weren't so pathetic. Somebody needs to hold an intervention with her and break this addiction of ethics violations she keeps conjuring up in her mind. In the past I have referred to her as Alaska's Ethics Nazi...

Naomi Wolf is going back to her roots. The journalist and author, who has seemingly been on a break for the past couple of years from writing books on the kinds of feminist themes that made her famous in the early 1990s, has signed on with the Ecco Press for a project tentatively titled A Cultural History of the Vagina. Ms. Wolf was represented by lit agent John Brockman. Neither was not available for comment. In her last three booksone a memoir about her father, the other two polemics on American politicsthe author has departed from the area of expertise...
