Kamala Harris has already signaled that she is coming for our guns. She called mandatory gun confiscation “a great idea” that she’d do by executive action within her “first 100 days.” Here’s Kamala calling mandatory gun confiscation “a great idea” that she’d do by executive action within her “first 100 days.” pic.twitter.com/AJwXNHKuP3 — Trump War Room (@TrumpWarRoom) September 8, 2024 Top Harris surrogate, far-left Georgia Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock, appeared on Meet the Press with Kristen Welker on Sunday morning to endorse this overt attack on Americans. Despite Democrat water carrier Welker uncharacteristically pushing Warnock for an answer, he did...

Philadelphia's sheriff on Thursday disputed a city controller report that determined that the sheriff's office couldn't account for 185 guns that the controller's office says are missing. Sheriff Rochelle Bilal said at a news conference that the controller's report released earlier this week contained "misleading statements," and she questioned the controller's review. Acting City Controller Charles Edacheril said his office conducted the review as a follow-up to a 2020 report that found the sheriff’s office couldn’t account for more than 200 weapons. That report stated that the office had haphazard recordkeeping practices and unclear procedures regarding the handling of guns....

Gun ownership increased sixfold under former Brazilian President Bolosonaro, homicides dropped 34% A gun expert is asking academics to put their money where their mouths are and bet $1,000 on Brazil as a case study that stricter gun laws won't mean less crime. No one has taken him up on the bet yet, but some have hit back by calling the challenge a "stunt" and saying they will put cash up if the terms meet their requirements. Brazil took a hard turn away from gun ownership with a new left-wing presidential administration this year, sparking a debate on whether Brazil’s...

According to an April report released by watchdog group OpenTheBooks.com, the Internal Revenue Service has spent $10 million since 2020 on guns, ammunition, and other tactical gear in an effort to militarize the agency. The report revealed that the IRS and 102 other agencies outside the Department of Defense invested a combined total of $3.7 billion since 2006 – adjusted for inflation – on weapons, ammunition, and military-style equipment. OpenTheBooks.com stated that 76 of the 102 are rank-and-file regulatory agencies, such as the Environmental Protection Agency, Social Security Administration, Veterans Affairs, and Health and Human Services. “There are now more...

“All political power comes from the barrel of a gun. The Communist Party must command all the guns; that way, no guns can ever be used to command the party.” The quote was from Mao Zedong, founder of Communist China. Mao’s first act after gaining complete control of China in 1949 was to take away all guns from the population. It was a policy he began in 1935 as he took over each rural province. Anyone found with a gun post-confiscation was executed. An estimated 65 million Chinese died as a result of Mao’s repeated, merciless attempts to create a...

One of my favorite candidates in the 2020 race for the Democratic nomination has just announced that he is running for high office once again in 2022. He is Beto O'Rourke, and he is one of the great innovators in recent American politics. Of course, he is one of the great losers in recent American politics, too, having lost in 2018 to Sen. Ted Cruz and, two years later, having lost in his run for the Democratic presidential nomination. He bowed out of the race before it began. How many millions of dollars he cost his backers I would not...

A provision in the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act would allow military courts to issue protective orders that include “Red Flag” gun confiscation, according to the more than 1,300-page bill.In the legislation, those beholden to the United States Code of Military Justice could be issued a “military court protective order” by a military judge or magistrate, which would make “possessing, receiving, or otherwise accessing a firearm” illegal.“A military court protective order issued on an ex parte basis shall restrain a person from possessing, receiving, or otherwise accessing a firearm; and a military court protective order issued after the person to...

Groups fear logic behind the federal edict could be applied to limiting gun rightsSecond Amendment supporters are expressing concern over President Biden’s move Thursday forcing large employers to vaccinate their employees, fearing that the logic behind the federal edict could be applied to confiscating guns or drastically limiting gun rights.Biden announced that he is instructing the Department of Labor to mandate that all companies with 100 or more workers must vaccinate their employees or force them to be tested weekly.~~~SNIP~~~"If Biden is allowed to impose regulations without a vote by Congress simply because he decides it helps ‘public safety,’ there...

The classic case for confiscation of weapons in Western Civilization in the last hundred years, is the government will defend you. You do not need weapons to defend yourself. The Taliban is reported to have emulated this Western propaganda in Kabul, after taking over in August of 2021. From Reuters.com:KABUL, Aug 16 (Reuters) – Taliban fighters in the Afghan capital, Kabul, started collecting weapons from civilians on Monday because people no longer need them for personal protection, a Taliban official said.“We understand people kept weapons for personal safety. They can now feel safe. We are not here to harm innocent...

Editor's Note: This column was co-authored by Lori Roman.Gun rights are the linchpin protecting citizens from the loss of all rights. Now, President Joe Biden and Speaker Nancy Pelosi are advancing a gun grab. Modern history provides troubling proof that loss of liberty is preceded by the disarmament of citizens. This week, the most obvious example is right before our eyes as we watch the Cuban people pleading for freedom. Fidel Castro took control of Cuba in 1959 and immediately called for removing all guns from citizens. His new communist regime sent agents door to door to coerce citizens into...

During his Wednesday night CNN town hall, President Joe Biden talked about a “push to eliminate” 9mm pistols that have an ammunition capacity beyond that of which the left approves. Biden said, “The idea you need a weapon that can have the ability to fire 20, 30, 40, 50, 120 shots from that weapon, whether it’s a 9mm pistol or whether it’s a rifle, is ridiculous. I’m continuing to push to eliminate the sale of those things.”

President Joe Biden’s proposed infrastructure legislation has the political class seemingly locked in a debate about what “infrastructure” means. Biden and Democratic leaders—backed by a majority of the U.S. population—believe that “infrastructure” is more than just roads and bridges and encompasses all the structures that help modern society function. Their new bill reflects that understanding, including improvements to water pipes and the electrical grid, universal broadband access, charging stations for electric vehicles, physical upgrades to schools and universities, and—perhaps most innovatively—home care for the elderly and disabled, support for families with children, and expanded access to health care. Republican elected...

Boulder shooter Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, no white supremacist he, just may have carried out his murderous grocery store massacre in retaliation for U.S. activities in the Middle East, including Joe Biden’s bombing of Syria little more than a month into his presidency. If so, he would be the latest in a line of Islamic terrorists who have tried to wreak revenge for our war on terror by slaughtering innocent Americans. On Feb. 25, a moth into his presidency, the Biden administration wagged the og and bombed Syru, conducting an airstrike that reportedly killed 22 Iran-backed fighters in an apparent...

During the 2020 presidential campaign, Texas Democratic Congressman Beto O’Rourke often bellowed on how, if elected president, he wanted to take away your firearms, specifically your “military-style” AR-15 through a mandatory gun buy-back program, something unconstitutional on its face and a direct infringement of the right to keep and bear arms enshrined in the Second Amendment, During the Democratic presidential primary debate on October 15, 2019, the Congressman responded to the question of how he intended to enforce that proposed gun buyback program: Although he hasn’t offered exact specifics on the program, he did share some additional details at the...

Portland Oregon politicians decided to drastically cut the budget for the police department at the end of last year, hoping to make their city streets safer — at least for Antifa and Black Lives Matter. For the rest of the citizens? Not so much. Shootings have skyrocketed — nearly 2 1/2 times higher than the year before. Authorities blame the pandemic. And unemployment. And “systemic racism.” And everything but the 7 percent reduction in the police budget. The cuts with the biggest impact on gun violence included the disbanding of the highly effective Gun Violence Reduction Team. The unit was...

The Battle at Wounded Knee is a significant battle in American history, as it put an end to the Indian Wars and is marked as the last official defeat of the Native Americans. But what’s not taught in history lessons is that Wounded Knee was one of the first federally backed gun confiscations in the history of the United States, and it ended in the massacre of nearly 300 unarmed people. During the late 19th century, American Indians were allowed to purchase and carry firearms, just as white men were. The colonial gun laws did not bar Native Americans from...

Americans know that they should resist delusional, prohibitionist tyrants. The American Revolution started when the British tried to seize Continental muskets and gunpowder. Jefferson reminded us that the “tree of liberty” occasionally has to be “watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” Patrick Henry demanded liberty or death. Samuel Adams refused to consent to the “tranquility of servitude” over the “animating contest of freedom.” Real Americans remember those patriots and are determined to uphold their legacies. We won’t surrender our weapons to confiscatory, leftist tyrants. That’s why gun confiscation is impossible. People like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris want...

For decades, the Democrat party has wanted to abrogate the Second Amendment, to ban the sale of guns of any and all calibers, sizes, shapes and potential uses. They have long sought to limit the amount of ammo per gun and ... The left has yet to realize the obvious, that criminals do not obey laws of any kind, least of all gun laws. So deluded are the gun-banning Democrats, they do not believe that Americans have the right to defend themselves against said criminals. These Democrats who want to run our lives all have armed security themselves, but we...
