Starting Monday, the focus in Washington will shift to the Senate confirmation hearing of Judge Neil Gorsuch, President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee. The high-profile fight over Gorsuch, 49, comes one year after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and Senate Republicans refused to vote on President Barack Obama’s nominee to fill the vacancy on the court. The seat was held by Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in February of 2016. The hearings start at 11 a.m. EST on Monday, March 20
