On August 28, police in Davenport, Iowa, arrested Tyshon VanBlue, 24, following an investigation which alleges he raped two mentally disabled young men at the Special Olympics games held on the campus of Iowa State University in May. VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. - A decade-old allegation accusing a local teacher is being re-investigated after the teacher was arrested for similar charges. Matthew Graziotti, who works at the Warner Christian Academy in South Daytona, was arrested on Monday for producing and distributing child porn.
