SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A recent attack on a Sacramento family at a sideshow that was caught on video is raising questions about safety and security. Amanda Hensley said she and her four children were in their van when they got stuck in a crowd at Amherst Street and Meadowview Road, where cars were doing donuts after midnight Saturday morning.
