A Gallup Poll released Monday showed President Trump earning his highest approval rating since shortly after he took office, even as his administration faces growing criticism over its immigration policies. Thirty-eight percent of Americans are satisfied with the way things are going in the United States today, similar to last month's 37% satisfaction rate but marking the numerical high since a 39% reading in September 2005. Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's favorability rating is at a new low one year after her election loss to President Trump, according to a poll released Tuesday. Clinton now holds a 36 percent approval rating among Americans, according to Gallup, down five percentage points since June.
