A girl in Mexico has been born with a tail, doctors have revealed. The extremely rare phenomenon has been recorded fewer than 200 times. The infant, who wasn't identified, was born by a C-section at a hospital in Nuevo Leon. Her parents were healthy and in their late twenties.
