I have been concerned that so many of our soldiers seem to smoke. This includes the woman at the Abu Gaibe (sp?) imprisonment camp. Don't you think that it would be better if this were restricted, at least to when they they are not on duty? That way, it would be be safer, both for them and for those around them.
