Laura Ingraham’s Fox News program saw its highest-rated month ever in June despite two advertiser boycotts led by Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg. “The Ingraham Angle” earned 2.654 million total viewers per night last month — the highest the show has seen since it launched in late October, The Wrap reported Tuesday. Ms. Ingraham thanked her viewers and production team in a tweet Tuesday afternoon.
