Good evening, I’m still reporting on Fox News. After seemingly supportive of Donald Trump early on in his presidential primary campaign, the Fox News team who moderated the 1st Republican presidential debate in Cleveland a little over a year ago on Aug. 6, 2015, are now facing everlasting journalistic humiliation in light of new revelations in New York Magazine. It turns out that Fox News news hosts, Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace and Brett Baier gave in to orders from Fox owner Rupert Murdoch to ambush Trump to drive him out of the race.

DONALD TRUMP FULL ONE ON ONE INTERVIEW WITH JESSE WATTERS 9 3 2016

In an extensive article within New York Magazine, mostly outlining the rather sordid details of Roger Ailes, readers may also note specific confirmation of something we outlined in August of last year (2015). Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch instructed Fox News executives to take down Donald Trump. (NY MAG) […] Murdoch was not a fan of Trump’s and especially did not like his stance on immigration. (The antipathy was mutual: “Murdoch’s been very bad to me,” Trump told me in March.) A few days before the first GOP debate on Fox in August 2015, Murdoch called Ailes at home. “This...

Donald Trump is tightening the gap between himself and Hillary Clinton in the presidential election, according to a new national poll from Fox News released today. Clinton received 48 percent support to Trump’s 42 percent, a smaller gap than the 10-point spread in the same poll earlier this month. When including Libertarian Gary Johnson and the Green Party’s Jill Stein, the lead is cut to just 2 percentage points – 41 to 39 percent, with 9 percent for Johnson and 4 percent for Stein.

Ever since reporting emerged that Trump might be softening his stance on deportations last weekend, the press has been trying mightily to figure out whether Trump still plans on deploying a “deportation force” to rid the country of undocumented immigrants, and this morning, Chris Wallace was the latest to try and get a straight answer out of the campaign. Conway seemed to send mixed messages, telling Wallace that there would be “no legalization and no amnesty,” but also making a rather unclear point about Trump and the “deportation force”: Now, the deportation force, I would like to address that. He...

Has anybody noticed that Shepard Smith is NOT on the air today? This comes a day after Smith SAID that Trump "trades in racism." Does he normally get Fridays off or is he off the air today because of what he said yesterday?
-
Fox News' Shepard Smith strayed from the Fox News script today while interviewing Wall Street Journal reporter James Grimaldi following Hillary Clinton's Reno, Nevada speech. Actually that's putting it mildly. Smith crashed through the barrier of at least putting up the appearance of neutrality and broke into the realm of flat out bias of the worst sort by charging Donald Trump with racism. If you think I am exaggerating, watch the following video of the exchange for yourself and you be the judge.

According to Adweek’s Scoreboard, The Kelly File, hosted by Fox News personality Megyn Kelly, has been in a tight competition for ratings with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow. Among the 25-54 age demographic, The Rachel Maddow Show nearly tied Kelly in total viewership Wednesday, with 400,000 viewers to Kelly’s 401,000. This is third time in the month of August where Maddow has either tied or surpassed Kelly among the 25-54 age bracket. The Fox News Channel show still overtook Maddow in overall viewers with 500,000, but according to Breitbart, the 25-54 demographic is particularly important because of its high value to advertisers....
