GREENACRES— Enraged from seeing the dating website Match.com on a man’s computer last week, Lucy Melesky reportedly grabbed a mounted ax off the mantel and smashed it on the ground. Melesky slung the ax over her shoulder and screamed at the man about the alleged unfaithfulness, he told Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies. Melesky, 45, was arrested the evening of April 18 on charges of battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Caleb Joshua Halley was found guilty Thursday in the 2015 death. He faces up to life in prison for the crime. Authorities say an Islamorada woman was arrested Sunday for kidnapping her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend.
