Former and potentially future President Donald Trump was found "guilty" last Thursday on 34 felony counts in a hush money "trial." It's not just Trump they're going after, though with a weaponized and politicized justice system. As we've been covering, President Joe Biden's Department of Justice (DOJ) has been quite eager to prosecute prayerful pro-life activists using the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, including an elderly grandfather. Since then, more grandparents have been sentenced, including grandmothers in poor health. Late last month, 59-year-old Heather Idoni was sentenced to 24 years in prison. She's already been incarcerated for...

Verdicts were handed down today in the federal trial of five pro-life activists – Lauren Handy, Will Goodman, John Hinshaw, Heather Idoni, and Herb Geraghty – who were charged with conspiracy against rights and FACE Act violations. The jury found all of the defendants guilty of both charges. Read all the details here. The defendants were indicted for their participation in an October 2020 rescue action at the D.C.-based Washington Surgi-Clinic (WSC), the abortion facility run by Cesare Santangelo. Santangelo was featured in Live Action’s InHuman investigation stating that if a child was born alive at his facility during an...

Former President Donald Trump can be sued by injured Capitol Police officers and Democratic lawmakers over the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, the Justice Department said Thursday in a federal court case testing Trump’s legal vulnerability and the limits of executive power. The department wrote that although a president enjoys broad legal latitude to communicate to the public on matters of concern, “no part of a President’s official responsibilities includes the incitement of imminent private violence. By definition, such conduct plainly falls outside the President’s constitutional and statutory duties.” *** The Justice Department wrote that it also...

WASHINGTON, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Facebook Inc (FB.O) asked a judge on Monday to dismiss the U.S. government's revised antitrust case that seeks to force the social media giant to sell Instagram and WhatsApp. Facebook said in a court filing that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) had failed to provide a "plausible factual basis for branding Facebook an unlawful monopolist." The company added it appears the FTC "had no basis for its naked allegation that Facebook has or had a monopoly." The social media giant asked that the lawsuit be dismissed with prejudice, which would make it harder for the...

A mistrial will be declared in the federal racketeering case involving three members of the Gypsy Joker Outlaw Motorcycle Club after the judge contracted COVID-19, according to lawyers involved. Mosman tested negative twice, the lawyers said. He got tested Sunday and Monday after his wife contracted the virus. About 80 prospective jurors filtered into Mosman;s 16th-floor courtroom at the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse downtown for the selection process. Five panels of...

I’m the founder of MeWe, the ad-free social network with data privacy and no content amplification or newsfeed manipulation. MeWe competes directly with Facebook. On June 27, 2019, I wrote an op-ed in this newspaper headlined “I Compete With Facebook, and It’s No Monopoly.” I’ve changed my mind. MeWe continues to succeed, albeit on a modest scale. Two years ago the platform had five million users and no revenue. Today it has nearly 20 million users and is breaking even with millions of dollars in revenue. Yet despite MeWe’s growth, Facebook’s troubling actions over the last two years have caused...

A judge has gutted the Trump administration’s minimal curbs on the many Indian-run companies that import Indian college graduates to take the jobs needed by young U.S. graduates.“A recent federal policy for employers that place H-1B skilled guestworkers at third-party worksites can’t be enforced,†according to a March 11 report in Bloomberg Law. Judge Rosemary M. Collyer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled Tuesday that a February policy memo from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services didn’t go through proper rulemaking procedure, and that the agency’s interpretation of the “employer-employee relationship” requirement is inconsistent with its...

Last month presiding FISA judge Rosemary Collyer announced she would be stepping down early due to ‘health issues.’ Chief Justice Roberts tapped Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee to replace Collyer. On Friday, Judge Boasberg announced in an order that he has appointed Obama-era national security leader at the DOJ David S. Kris as amicus counsel to review the reforms the FBI will be making to its FISA application process. This order was in response to the FBI abusing the FISA process after it obtained a total of four FISA warrants on Carter Page. The government had until Friday January...

Former FISA court judge Reggie Walton is now under scrutiny due to evidence that Obama administration officials John Brennan and James Clapper hacked into Walton’s phone records in addition to the phone records of Supreme Court Justice John Roberts and President Donald Trump before Trump ran for office. (READ: Evidence of the Walton Hack, and How Comey Covered It Up).Now we know that Walton has been on the bench in multiple fraudulent Deep State operations, including the Scooter Libby case, which also involved some of the main figures from the anti-Trump Operation Crossfire Hurricane plot. In the Libby case, then-deputy...

Full title : TRUMP Goes on Offense: Calls on FISA Judge to Call in Comey, Yates, McCabe, Rosenstein and Press Criminal Charges (Greg) Jarrett said the FISA judge should call in DOJ and FBI operatives behind the FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump administration and press criminal charges. Senior FBI official Peter Strzok says he didn't arrange a cocktail party with a federal judge who serves on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, despite telling his mistress in a text message that he would. Strzok suggested a "cocktail party" with U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras in a July 25, 2016, message to FBI attorney Lisa Page. Days later, on July 31, Strzok opened the FBI's probe of possible Trump campaign collusion with Russia. Strzok told the Justice Department inspector general's office that his messages regarding the judge dealt with no particular case and that the social gathering didn't happen,...

Rosenstein “sought to cover up” new FBI texts. LevinTV host Mark Levin blasted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as a “cover-up artist” and “saboteur” Friday night after a new leak of FBI texts suggested Peter Strzok was friends with a FISA judge in the Gen. Flynn case. “Mr. Rosenstein has been giving cover to Robert Mueller, to Hillary Clinton, to Bill Clinton, to the Democrat Party, to the Perkins Coie Law Firm, to Fusion GPS, to Christopher Steele, and even the Russians. How else do you explain it?”

Moments ago FISA Court Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer responded to the requests from the House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes and House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte. Texas Rep. Louis Gohmert appeared on Judge Jeanine Pirro’s show on Fox News to discuss the fallout of the FISA memos, which brought to light potential abuse of government surveillance to spy on the Trump campaign. “You and I believe in due process,” Gohmert said. “We would never send somebody to jail without due process, but one thing — and this is a good segue, I think — when a lawyer provides something to the court that is not true, and especially to a FISA secret court where there is nobody there for the other side. The other said —...

Maybe we’re looking in the wrong direction on this whole NSA issue. I can’t help but think that for the Dems to go to such lengths, there has to be some campaign money in it for them. Just like they pander to the far left whackos I.E. Moveon.org, maybe they also have to protect themselves as well as pander to some of their big money supporters who may not want their overseas calls monitored by the Bush administration. This is just a first attempt to connect some dots, but it is interesting. Let’s start with Judge Robertson and the Clintons....
