Texas Rep. Louis Gohmert appeared on Judge Jeanine Pirro’s show on Fox News to discuss the fallout of the FISA memos, which brought to light potential abuse of government surveillance to spy on the Trump campaign.
“You and I believe in due process,” Gohmert said. “We would never send somebody to jail without due process, but one thing — and this is a good segue, I think — when a lawyer provides something to the court that is not true, and especially to a FISA secret court where there is nobody there for the other side. The other said — I know you know.”
“I found out as a felony judge,” he continued. “When I put one lawyer in jail for contempt, people get the message. You don’t come in and misrepresent. You do what is appropriate in court. I’m shocked, really shocked, that no FISA judge put anybody in jail yet. Yet we have found total disregard for propriety before the FISA court. And somebody should have been in jail over the improprieties submitted in court.”

There is no “law”. If and when the People show mass contempt for the “law”, the government should have no say about what the People do in regards to obeying the “law”. They’ve made a mockery of it.

This is gonna fall on Trump’s shoulders. And rightfully so. If Trump doesn’t replace Sessions, and replace him in a timely manner when it still makes a difference, then Trump is culpable. Appearances of obstructing the “justice” of the Mueller witch hunt be damned.
They ALL need to go to jail but especially Barak Hussein Obama who orchestrated the entire fiasco. But the cowards won't go anywhere near that.

It’s pretty obvious now the FISA court was corrupted too. The pedigree of the dossier was common knowledge by the first warrant renewal yet they got two more. The Judge was an Obongo appointment asigned by Roberts.
With worthless Jeff as the gatekeeper l don’t see anything happening here.

Otherwise it's all talk..and hopes...and bluster.
Until President Trump and Sessions get off their butts and set up a Special Counsel and include the FISA judges as possible bias, nothing will happen.
