Women Jihadi fighters are unassuming. Burqa clad, they travel in groups, often with other women and children. They could easily conceal bombs, and seeing that they have US passports, this raises the frightening prospect that they could be sent back to the US on Suicide Bombing missions. The recruitment of women in the U.S. is done by radicalized members of the community or online, again demonstrating ISIS’ recruitment capability using social media and other technology platforms. Women are the new face of Jihad, which will keep evolving in this war of ideology.

Fifty-seven percent of Americans do not believe President Obama is being tough enough in dealing with Islamic State militants, said a new poll released Wednesday. Thirty-one percent believe his approach to combating the group, which includes arming and training Syrian rebels, deploying additional military advisers to the region and stepping up airstrikes in Iraq and likely Syria, is about right, according to the CBS News/New York Times poll.

The Islamic State has apparently found a "cheerleader" in Canada. The man from Greater Toronto Area continues to defend the actions of the Middle-Eastern extremists group on Twitter. The man, who uses Twitter user as Abu Turaab (@AlTuraabSVD), defended IS activities and evidently seemed to be pro-Jihad. He was "unmasked" by the National Post, which identified him to be Mohammed Ali, a 23-year-old Canadian citizen. He was a former Mississauga resident and left the country for Turkey and then for Syria, the website reported. His parents said that he had gone for a couple of weeks after he had left...

Some 40,000 students have been forcibly enrolled in Islamic religious schools against their families' will, in Islamic religious schools, according to independent media reports Tuesday. According to leading independent daily Taraf, the new school year has started amid controversy after thousands of families refused to send their children to religious schools and demanded their transfer. So-called Imam-hatip religious schools have multiplied under the rule of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's Islamic AKP party, which has been in power since 2002. The opposition has accused Erdogan of seeking to 're-islamize' the country's institutions. Many students from the Alavi minority, a liberal branch...

Russia on Tuesday accused the West of ignoring its warnings about the growing terrorist threat in Syria, and claimed that the moderate rebel front – the one the Obama administration wants to arm as part of its anti-ISIS strategy – “no longer exists.”The remarks by Russia’s ambassador in Geneva Alexey Borodavkin came during a session of the U.N. Human Rights Council, which was discussing the most recent report by a U.N.-mandated independent commission of inquiry into the conflict. The report, released late last month and roughly covering the first half of this year, recorded atrocities by the Assad regime and by...

Sadly, and at last, a new report by the federal Government Accountability Office (GAO) has revealed that the Obama administration has utterly failed to keep its promises to prevent taxpayer funds from being used to pay for abortions in insurance plans offered through exchanges established under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). And the administration accepts no responsibility for this failure. Given the ACA’s extensive list of shortcomings and controversies, the GAO report may elicit little more than a yawn from the media. Yet, the report is stunning in that it documents how the Obama administration has abandoned and even undermined...

During a televised debate, last week, candidate for U.S. Congress Staci Appel (D-IA) opposed the idea of revoking passports of Americans who have admitted to joining and fighting with terrorist organizations. Appel said, “I would not be urging taking away their passports. I think we need to make sure that we work through the system and look through it on a very diligent basis.” Her comment came after Republican candidate David Young said that if he were elected to Congress, he would call on the State Department to revoke the passports of admitted terrorists. Young, who previously served as U.S....

It has gotten so bad that German Chancellor Angela Merkel has vowed to combat it, and even the New York Times has to acknowledge it. Of course, they don’t mention its Qur’anic roots — the fact that the Qur’an calls Jews the worst enemies of the Muslims (5:82), says they are under Allah’s curse (9:30) and more.“What’s Behind Germany’s New Anti-Semitism,” by Jochen Bittner, New York Times, September 16, 2014: HAMBURG, Germany — Europe is living through a new wave of anti-Semitism. Supporters of the Islamic State terror group are being urged to attack Times Square and other popular American tourist attractions with easily assembled homemade bombs, according to a disturbing report Tuesday. A message posted on an ISIS Web forum lists widely available ingredients needed to build a pipe bomb, and includes photos showing how to combine them into a deadly explosive device, Vocativ reported. The Arabic-language message cites Times Square — the scene of a failed car-bomb attack in 2010 by al Qaeda sympathizer Faisal Shahzad — and the Las Vegas Strip as prime targets, but also suggests striking sites...

A fire broke out in a synagogue in the Belgian capitals of Brussels Tuesday, in what appears to be a "criminal" act, according to reports. Belgian daily La Dernière Heure said that several people broke into synagogue, which is located in the predominantly Muslim neighborhood of Anderlecht, and ignited several fires on the fourth floor of the building. The wife and two children of the synagogue's caretaker suffered slight smoke inhalation in the fire on the top floor of the building, where they lived, said Laurens Dumont, a spokesman for the city prosecutor. The caretaker was absent at the time....
