ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Another large group of migrants was arrested early Tuesday after illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, marking the latest in a wave of Central Americans who have been apprehended in remote areas of New Mexico, authorities said Wednesday. It's the second time in as many weeks that such a group has been encountered at Sunland Park. In mid-February, 311 people made their way around a pedestrian fence under the cover of darkness before being taking into custody. That was less than 24 hours after another group of 330 people were apprehended more than 150 miles (240 kilometers)...

‘This study should put to rest, once and for all, the notion that illegal aliens commit crimes at a lower rate than legal residents…’ (Joshua Paladino, Liberty Headlines) A new study from the Federation for American Immigration Reform debunks the claim that illegal aliens commit crimes at a lower rate than legal residents and native-born citizens. “This study should put to rest, once and for all, the notion that illegal aliens commit crimes at a lower rate than legal residents,” FAIR President Dan Stein said. FAIR’s study, using data from the federal government’s State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP), found...

Say what? Just a couple of weeks ago, Donald Trump went on national television to make an offer to trade a three-year extension of the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) programs for $5.7 billion in border-wall funding. In an interview with the Daily Caller published today, Trump reversed course and said no concessions would be made on DACA until the Supreme Court took up the challenges to its constitutionality: President Donald Trump cast doubt on speculation that he may be willing to offer up concessions on the DACA program in exchange for border...

WASHINGTON—As the partial government shutdown stretches on, some House Democrats have grown concerned by what they see as the absence of a clear strategy from party leaders over how to end it. Some newly elected Democrats are increasingly frustrated that they are taking complaints from angry constituents without having a mapped-out plan to end the partial shutdown—which became the longest in modern history over the weekend. Many believe they were elected to Congress to try to end its dysfunction and had hoped to be reaching a bipartisan compromise over border security to reopen the government. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.,...

**SNIP** Mary Ann Mendoza, whose police officer son was killed in 2014 by a drunk-driving illegal immigrant with a criminal record, said on "Fox & Friends" that minority leaders Chuck Schumer (N.Y.) and Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) are "committing treasonous acts" when they place the rights of illegal immigrants above legal Americans. "Every politician in D.C. should be listening closely to the American people right now because we have woken up," she said. "We are tired of the lies that come out of their mouth." Mendoza said Democrats shouldn't concentrate on investigating President Trump for crimes and instead focus on how...

The Department of Homeland Security has dramatically raised worksite enforcement to deter employers from hiring cheap illegal workers. Since October, the agency’s Homeland Security Investigations unit has checked employment records at 6,093 worksites, up from 1,716 in the prior fiscal year from October 2016 to the end of September 2017. The current pace of checks in 2018 is almost a five-fold increase from the prior year and included 100 stores in the 7-Eleven chain and 77 companies in California. The agency has made 675 criminal arrests of managers or supervisors, plus 984 administrative arrests of illegals in the last nine...

Is building a wall on our border a morally good action? As a professor who has taught biblical ethics for 41 years, I think it is – in fact, the Bible itself repeatedly views protective walls with favor. WALLS GIVE PEACE AND SECURITY In the world of the Old Testament, people built walls around cities to protect themselves from thieves, murderers, and other criminals, and from foreign invaders who would seek to destroy the city. People could still enter the city, but they had to do so by the gate, so that city officials would have some control over who...

When people come into our Country illegally, we must IMMEDIATELY escort them back out without going through years of legal maneuvering. Our laws are the dumbest anywhere in the world. Republicans want Strong Borders and no Crime. Dems want Open Borders and are weak on Crime! 3:44 PM · Jun 30, 2018

You don't split up families. If a family enters the country illegally, you deport the entire family. If a child of foreign diplomat or foreign national working temporarily in America is born on US soil, he is a still citizen of the foreign nation and goes home with his parents when they go home. Likewise, the children of illegal aliens should go home with their parents when they are deported. Children on their own should never be allowed to cross our borders.

A poll released by UC Berkeley’s Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society, a left-wing organization, found some shocking results in the far-left state of California, including a desire from a clear majority of 59 percent to “increase deportations” of illegal immigrants. California, which advertises itself as a progressive sanctuary state for illegal aliens, has been on the front-lines fighting against President Donald Trump’s push to finally enforce America’s immigration laws. From all of the reporting coming from our disgraced media, you would be led to believe that not only is all of California opposed to enforcing immigration law,...

A caravan of Central American migrants whose trek across Mexico infuriated President Donald Trump has decided not to travel to the US border, leaders said Tuesday. "We will wrap up our work in Mexico City," said Irineo Mujica, the head of the migrant advocacy group People Without Borders (Pueblo sin Fronteras). "We have support teams at the border if there are people who need assistance there, but they would have to travel on their own," he told AFP in the town of Matias Romero, in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca. The just over 1,000 migrants who currently make up...

With criticism coming from Democrats aimed at the Trump administration over spending on a border wall and border security, President Donald Trump tweeted rips of "ridiculous liberal (Democrat) laws," called for the Senate to go "nuclear" to "pass tough laws now," and vowed "no more DACA deal" on Sunday. Stopping before walking into church on Easter Sunday, President Trump echoed his tweets. "Mexico has got to help us at the border, and a lot of people are coming in because they want to take advantage of DACA," Trump told reporters as broadcast on "MSNBC Live." President Trump tried and failed...

The vicious MS-13 gang, stifled under former President George W. Bush, exploded during the Obama era fueled by 300,000 illegals, including those given amnesty under the DACA program, and has now been linked to crimes in 22 states, according to a new report. Since 2012, 207 murders have been tied to the gang called “Mara Salvatrucha,” and there are over 500 cases nationwide of MS-13 members being charged in major crimes, according to the report from the Center for Immigration Studies.

The forthcoming ICE operation is the surest sign to date that the Trump administration is ramping up ‘worksite enforcement.’Federal agents are planning to conduct a major worksite enforcement operation at a national food service chain in the coming weeks, according to an internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) document reviewed by The Daily Beast. The current plan is focused on employers who exploit undocumented workers by illegally paying them below the minimum wage. The operation will target locations around the country and will likely result in charges of “harboring illegal aliens,” according to an ICE official. “These people are basically...

Well, there was this little thing called a VOTER REBELLION that occurred last November. Neither party wants to take responsibility (yet) for their own shortcomings, and neither party wants to admit (yet) that it's really happening. It'll take another election or two where the voters throw the bums out before they start getting the message. It's way too early to send the success or failure of Trump's presidency to the jury, but I'm still happy. He already saved the nation from complete collapse under either Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton, the two uni-party favorites. The establishment elites from both parties...

The Trump administration on Tuesday announced the “orderly wind down” of the Obama-era program that gave a deportation reprieve to illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children – putting pressure on Congress to come up with a replacement. “I do not favor punishing children, most of whom are now adults, for the actions of their parents. But we must also recognize that we are a nation of opportunity because we are a nation of laws,” President Trump said, in a lengthy written statement explaining the decision. The Department of Homeland Security formally rescinded the Deferred Action for Childhood...

A study by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s open borders organization revealed that if an Obama-created amnesty program for young illegal aliens is ended, it would open nearly 700,000 American jobs. Zuckerberg’s FWD.us group – a pro-immigration lobbying group – released the study with the intention to show the hardships of ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, where more than 850,000 young illegal aliens have been given temporary amnesty would have on the American economy. The study claims that on average, if Trump were to repeal DACA, 30,000 American job opportunities would open up each month. FWD.us President...
