Eight House Republicans on Tuesday joined their Senate counterparts in proposing legislation aimed at curbing left-wing political bias in email servicesâ spam filters. The House bill, like its Senate companion, would require email companies like Gmail to release quarterly transparency reports.

I’m worried. Florida just passed their disgusting "Don’t Say Gay" bill on Monday. When I said that they’ve revamped their anti-gay attacks, I wasn’t joking. I’m gay. I’m proud to be gay. But I am terrified. I need your help. The Senate MUST pass the Equality Act NOW. Even if you’ve already signed a similar petition, please sign again and read why it’s so important below: Sign the Petition >> Rachel M.

Ransomware. I got this email. I donated to some Republican politicians and someone sold my email address. I get about 100 emails a day asking for donations. Well the ransomware crooks got my email address. These crooks do not know that my operating system is Linux Mint on a home built computer from parts. I have no camera or microphone. I would like to report this to the FBI, but do not know how. Is there a way to track down the crooks by using their Bitcoin wallet and address. The email uses my address as the 'sent from' address....

resident Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee shielded one of Hillary Clinton’s top State Department aides from scrutiny about his use of a personal email account to conduct official business. Then-U.S. district judge Ketanji Brown Jackson in 2015 denied Gawker’s request for details about press aide Philippe Reines's stewardship of the account in the context of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, which sought emails Reines traded with 34 different media outlets. Jackson blocked Gawker’s request, calling it "extraordinary" and claiming there was no proof that Reines had acted in "bad faith" by using a personal email address. Like Clinton, Reines...

Kenneth Pennington, a top digital strategist for Beto O’Rourke, had a simple plan. Mr. O’Rourke would announce his bid for governor of Texas early on a recent Monday morning and then Mr. Pennington would break the news via email to Mr. O’Rourke’s lucrative list of supporters, a loyal following that had already raised tens of millions of dollars for Mr. O’Rourke in his past bids for the Senate and the White House. But Mr. Pennington soon noticed something troubling: a parallel wave of look-alike emails from groups completely unaffiliated with the O’Rourke campaign that were designed to capitalize on the...

Dear Elected Officials of [City, State], Since you took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitutions both of [State of Residence] and of the United States, I and others are genuinely interested to know your answers to the following questions, as these will help us to be informed of your attitudes and qualifications for the offices you hold: 1.) What is meant by “the pursuit of happiness” as expressed by our founding fathers? 2.) What is the difference between a “right” and a “privilege?” 3.) In applying for and attaining to public office, were you ever officially questioned as...

The Federal Bureau of Investigation says it is aware of reports that unauthorized emails from a legitimate FBI address were sent to thousands of organizations. "The FBI and CISA are aware of the incident this morning involving fake emails from an @ic.fbi.gov email account," the FBI said in a statement Saturday. "This is an ongoing situation, and we are not able to provide any additional information at this time. The impacted hardware was taken offline quickly upon discovery of the issue. We continue to encourage the public to be cautious of unknown senders and urge you to report suspicious activity...

Hillary Clinton on Thursday night recalled the “terrible” day the FBI reopened its investigation into her use of private email after the feds confiscated Anthony Weiner’s laptop. The former secretary of state opened up about the then-stunning development at the tail end of her failed 2016 presidential bid in a sit-down conversation alongside her former top aide and Weiner’s ex Huma Abedin at Manhattan’s 92nd Street Y. “It was terrible for me because it just came out of nowhere,” Clinton said of the Oct. 28, 2016 decision by the-FBI Director James Comey.

Fully vaccinated people are much less likely to die with Covid-19 than those who aren't, or have had only one dose, figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) show. Out of more than 51,000 Covid deaths in England between January and July 2021, only 256 occurred after two doses. They were mostly people at very high risk from illness from Covid-19. The figures show the high degree of protection from the vaccines against illness and death, the ONS said.

In this case, the Norton Subscription Has Expired email contains a reminder that the Norton 360 Total Protection subscription is about to expire, which the scammers try to pass off as legitimate. Scammers trick users into renewing their subscriptions by clicking on the “Renew NOW” link in this email. Joe Biden appeared to have learned some tricks from the trade from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about conducting illicit government business. The primary trick, namely, being to not leave a government paper trail when dealing with one’s jet-setting son when he is out engaging in shady business deals for which he’s not qualified while he is abroad. When Biden was vice president, he sent a number of emails to Hunter Biden with government information in them under the private account robinware456@gmail.com, as was uncovered in Hunter Biden’s laptop. The findings were reported at Just the News. “Messages, sometimes...

My buddy met an older woman at a bar last night. She looked pretty good for a 60-year-old. In fact, she wasn't too bad at all, and I found myself thinking she probably had a really hot daughter. We drank a couple of beers, and she asked if I'd ever had a Sportsman's Double? 'What's that? I asked. 'It's a mother and daughter threesome,' she said. As my mind began to embrace the idea, and I wondered what her daughter might look like, I said, 'No, I haven't.' We drank a bit more, then she said with a wink, 'tonight's...

Did conversations between Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and Dr. Anthony Fauci have anything to do with the social media platform’s crackdown on COVID-related speech? House Republicans would like to know. After an exchange between the two showed up in the Fauci email dump last week, Kentucky Rep. James Comer and Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan — the ranking Republicans on the House Committee on Oversight and Reform and the House Judiciary Committee, respectively — sent a letter to Zuckerberg on Wednesday demanding the CEO of the social media giant surrender any communications the company has had with Fauci and other federal employees...
